Staff were all very pleasant and professional, particularly front desk staff. Cleaners did a wonderful job preparing the room, it was immaculate when we arrived. Facilities were new and well-maintained, and while that particular stretch of hotels & restaurants is a bit of an eyesore, the hotel's exterior & interior appears clean and charming.

There was a significant amount of road work being done along the road leading to the hotel (obviously not the hotel's doing), and garbage trucks rolled through as loud as possible at 5:25 AM.

Staff was knowledge, kind and helpful.

We stayed in two different rooms. One had the air conditioner/ heater blower right by the bed, which was uncomfortable. The other had it across the room from the bed , which was optimal. Our bed on the 4th floor was hard, but our bed on the 3rd floor was comfortable

The room is spacious. There is a large desk with chair in addition to a sofa. And the coffee table is actually a little kitchenette, with a microwave, a refrigerator and a sink! It's very comfortable to stay for multiple days.

I think the beds are full size instead of queen size.

The location to where I had to do business was very good. Restaurants within walking distance.

The staff wasn't the greatest. They did their job, but it just seemed like I was bothering them when I was checking in

It were very good and nice clean place the waitress was very friendly and nice

Everything were convenient for us and love the location and if I come back that way I would be staying there and the people there were so friendly

We booked a room here on a drive back home from vacation after hearing about an impending winter storm. Check in was seamless, room very modern and clean and breakfast excellent. We'd stay here again if needed.

I didn't eat breakfast, but they always had coffee in the lobby and I enjoyed that. I am not a breakfast person.

I didn't like the bathroom in my room. I requested a suite, but I got a studio.

SHOWER WAS LOW FLOW. HALLWAY ON FLOOR FELT LIKE IT HAD NO AIR ON. EXTREMELY STUFFY

The location was excellent. Lots of restaurants and shopping close Easy on off to I-75.The hotel staff was super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very good and the lady in the kitchen made us feel at home!

The breakfast was excellent, better than the other hotels we visited on our trip.
