Location, and it was not too busy.

Several rooms were out of service including the suite we reserved. But the staff was helpful in finding us another room that would do for our stay. I would have preferred to be notified before getting there as we really needed the sofa bed in the room we had booked. Had I been notified before hand I would have had more time to look for other options.

Good property and facilities. If all you are going to do is sleep, it is more than what you need. Not fancy or one of those properties that has a pool, gym, etc. It does provide solid, comfortable facility that lets you concentrate on your visit to the area rather than wastefully spend money on facilities that are in the end not necessary. The one bed room was surprisingly large, which made my stay even more comfortable. I will look for this company in my future visits to other places.

Although asked immediately if I needed a couch in my room, I declined as a couple of chairs would be sufficient. I was wrong, but this was not their fault. Additionally, I was provided a room that had a broken coffee table.

Other than my daughter forgot her paw patrol doll in the room and they kept it. They said we threw it in the trashcan but they are lying. My daughter forgot it laying on the bed and they refused to give it back and she is a special needs child so I had to go buy a whole new paw patrol dogs which was almost $100.

The staff was very rude and nasty when I called them and told them my daughter left her paw patrol dog there they told me it was in the trash the doll was to big fit in trash can in the room she just got it for her birthday that weekend was her birthday!!!!

The staff was so friendly and the location was great. I loved the fact that it was very quiet and there was no commotion going on like I have often witnessed at other Extend stays.

The price keeps going up each week on Booking.com. First week I got my Dad's room for $300 then the second week it was over $500.

large room. comfy bed. clean. hot water. nice kitchen. excellent and personable staff. Pegge, Jill, Misti and another lady for whom I did not get a name, were so helpful and friendly. the shower head didnt work when we first signed in but the maintenance man was ‘johnny-on-the-spot’ and had it fixed within minutes. we had an excellent experience and week’s stay. we’ll definitely look for rooms here when we next visit the Dayton area. thank you!!

Rooms size and space. Full kitchen (we didn’t use but nice to have a full size fridge.

Not your fault but next time I’ll ask for third floor. People above were heel walkers. Woke up several times due to others. Didn’t know there would be no ice maker so went and got ice.
