Location, accessibility to local family ,quiet , price

Beds…we both have back issues so beds were not as good but ok….Refrigerator was not very cold . I looked after dropping something behind credenza and back of fridge is very dirty ….probably just needs cleaned .

Great location - within walking distance to the Nutter Center. There’s a gas station/convenience store right next to the motel and plenty of shopping just a short drive away. Cold air conditioning, hot showers, comfortable beds - what more could you ask for? This is a great stay for the price. Staff was friendly - easy check-in and check-out.

No coffee maker in the room. If I had done better research, I would have brought my own coffee maker. The lobby has hot coffee though, and was a quick walk from my room. The outside noise. I turned up the air to drown it out. It really wasn’t that big of an issue for me.

Room and staff was great ... how ever went to check out fiance went out to load car was a vehicle right beside us with a huge Pitt bull and window half down she could not even get in dog was growing barking some lady came out of room hollers at dog but didn't faze dog . Lady and fiance got Into verbal argue I said i have heard enough move the vehicle. There was a nice cleaning lady seen and heard it all she told lady you have to move your vehicle so this lady can get in her car. Dude comes out and told me to back car up and away from there's and i said no you need to move yours .this is ridiculous he just looked at me and finally did get in his vehicle and move it.

Location is good, safe, and quiet.

The insects in my room were a lot

Location and price were the major factors. The location, across from the Nutter Center and walking distance to many restaurants,,were the reasons I stayed here for the Air Force Marathon. There is a Speedway convenience store next to the hotel,great for quick snacks. The room was clean and the AC worked great. The cost for 3 nights was less then for 2 nights at most hotels. This was the 3rd year I have stayed here and I've made my reservations for 2025.

I liked that it was clean and they were willing to give me extra towels and a downstairs room. The water was hot. The staff was accommodating and very nice. There was a walmart close and plenty of stores and restaurants.

The area was on the corner of two major roads. It seemed like it could be a sketchy area but there was no issues while I was there. There was a mattress on a spring base so it made noise every time you moved and was bouncy.

It was clean, well lit, easy to get too, plenty of parking, felt safe, was quiet, dog friendly, the beds were fine, the towels were plentiful, the AC really cooled and the water pressure was good.

Beds could have been a bit more comfortable and third floor was a bit tricky when traveling with pets, but there was an elevator, it was a bit shaky though.

Great location close to highway and lots of places to eat. Nice sized room with a very nice desk/work area. Staff was pleasant and friendly. There was a mix-up with our room where they thought we had checked out, so housekeeping tried to enter our room twice around 8am and the front desk called us. The front desk person was very apologetic for the mix-up and kindly refunded our room charge -- which we weren't expecting but were happy to accept. 🙂

Pet policy, location.

Had multiple problems with card key. Rooms had strong smell of cigarette smoke. I was finally moved to a room with no smell. When you’re busier this won’t be possible so you better start enforcing no smoking policy.

We traveled for college orientation and from what I understood when booking the campus was close. We were more than delighted to find out Wright State University campus is literally across the street. Even more delighted when we found out there were numerous restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store close by as well! The first picture was taken from the balcony outside of our room!
