The breakfast was amazing. Though the staff seemed confused that we did not have a breakfast voucher, but we did not mind paying.

The pull-out bed in the room seemed to be missing a screw to keep it in place. It was very difficult to get the bed back in. I think that if we are staying in a room with a pull-out bed we should be asked before getting to our room if we need additional sheets for the pull-out bed. We made it all the way to room 513 and found that there were no sheets for the pull out. If they aren't normally provided in the room, then they should be offered. Oh, and there was not a current list of the channels on the TV.

Didn’t get to get breakfast but my grandkids enjoyed great selection got to spend time with all 6 of grandkids we loved spending time at the pool didn’t go out it was so relaxing we just ordered in would loved to have stayed longer but my adopted son had to be at work we live almost in Tennessee so we had a long drive home& we picked up our adopted kitten

Would like to see more handicap parking I got lucky & got space near front entrance it was vary busy would liked to have seen dinner menu to choose from like advertisement for breakfast had to order pizza & it was cold by the time it got there & the sofa bed was not comfy at all would have gotten 2 bed room instead

Checking in, CS mentioned amenities and breakfast but never did say anything about the cost of a otherwise normally complimentary breakfast. The usual breakfast buffet style, no restrurant style at all to warrent a $14 cost. I was asked if I had a voucher which i didnt and i had already plated the powered eggs and bacon and set down. I shoudl have went to the McDonalds across the parking lot for less than half the cost for better food.

Location was great. Across the road from our destination. Newly renovated room. Very comfortable bed

The lighting in the bathroom is horrible. Not good at all for applying makeup, shaving, etc. dark in the shower area Lighting in the main room also too dark for applying makeup.

We didn’t know that the breakfast bar was not complimentary. They let us fill our plates, then I formed us it was $14.99 person. The front desk remedied the situation our second day.

The hotel was easy to get to. We came from Cincinnati. It was a bonus getting a free breakfast with our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I thought the bed was super comfortable.

The air conditioner was really loud and kept us up throughout the night. No vent in the bathroom.

Stuff was great, beds comfortable.

Every morning same one type of eggs (scrambled eggs) only , from 6 nights two times room service was inside but last 4 days shower gel was empty and not filled in.

Location was great for everything we came to town for. It is close to the Air Force Museum, Wright State University, Nutter Center, shopping and dining.

Walls were thin, another guest walked up and down the hall on their phone and we could hear his entire conversation.

My husband and I traveled to Fairborn for a concert yesterday and booked the Holiday Inn. The hotel is in a perfect location, very close to restaurants and the Wright University Nutter Center. The staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous which is rare these days. The overall aesthetics were very nice. Our room was very clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast buffet was very good, and Amy, the waitress, was attentive and very friendly. We met the manager during our stay and complimented her staff and she was very nice as well. we would definitely stay there again. We travel often and we give this hotel an A+!

The staff was friendly and the hotel was beautiful. Don't let the negative reviews get to you. Our bed was so comfortable. Yes the hotel is older, so you can only plug your phone in on one side of the bed. The elevator is slow. But other than that everything else was amazing about our stay.
