The absolute cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I’m picky about that! Entire hotel is very up to date, excellent clean lobby, friendly staff although we didn’t need them for anything other than checking in and out. Room was impeccable and very comfortable. Loved all things about this Tru hotel. If only all other hotels could be like this one. Lots and lots of places to shop and eat within 7-8 minutes without getting on the big highway. The Air Force museum is also only a 17 minute drive.

The only issue we had at this property where the flashing smoke detector in the room. There was three other couple couples that complained about the same issue they gave us mask for our eyes issue solved thank you.. the lights going off in that room go right through your eyes even if you are trying to sleep you still see them with your eyes closed. I’ve never seen nothing like it in a room but again the mask for the eyes solved our issue.

I stay here whenever I am visiting back home. The property is always clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for my significant other and I. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Aiden is great! When I check in he is often the one there checking me in and he is always so helpful. Great conversation and so friendly!

There are no microwaves in the rooms but that seems to be more common in hotels nowadays so not a super big deal but warming up leftovers in your room is always a good thing. :) The breakfast isn’t the greatest but it’s not terrible either.

This Tru Hotel had one of the most comfortable beds and pillows that I have slept on in a long time. Located right off Interstate I-70 close to Dayton, it offers a convenient place to stay for travelers. There are a lot of nice finishing touches that show that the owners want their guests to have a good experience. The room was spotless, the free breakfast had fresh food items, there is a water dispenser for water bottles, and it offers free coffee and hot tea 24 hours in the lobby. The parking lot is well-lit, and we had no problem leaving our car full of home goods. This hotel is a real gem. I will try to stay there again.

The salted butter packets were cold, making it hard to spread it on my toast. Yes, literally, that is the only thing I didn't like. Lol

This hotel was great. We were traveling through with pets on a cross-country move. The rooms were exceedingly dog/cat friendly and we loved the free breakfast/coffee bar as well as the amazing showers. There is a gym too if that is your thing! The location also has a deal with the closest restaurant where if you're staying there you can get a free appetizer. We ordered UberEats to the location which was easy! The hotel is right off of the highway and we felt safe having a locked trailer attached to our hitch overnight!

Location was great, as it is right next to the Rose Music Center where we were attending a concert. We were able to walk across the parking lot to the venue. The staff were very friendly and the check-in process was easy. Our room was ready on time. The king room, although a little small, was clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again if/when we return for another concert.

The only complaint and this is very minor, the AC unit in the room was very loud.

The staff was really nice and welcoming, and the atmosphere at the hotel was great and friendly. The variety of continental breakfast was more than I expected and good. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms were outstanding. I would definitely stay there again.

The only negative I have about the hotel is the lack of extra seating in my room, it only had one desk with one chair, an extra chair would have been nice, maybe even a fold up chair would have good.

Very modern and clean with 24/7 staff and services. The room was cozy and everything worked as it was supposed to. The shades worked and the bed was extremely comfortable, possibly one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on.

There wasn't a great place for my towel while I showered and with the AC working well it was cold getting out to get it. I stayed in a king room and I wondered that if all the rooms were as cozy as mine if they'd be too cozy in a two bed room.

My husband and I spent the weekend here. We love the common area has activities like puzzles and games to do so we weren’t stuck in our room. Nice size gym as well. Breakfast had several options to choose from. In our room, bed was comfortable and the shower pressure is amazing.

While we had a fridge in the room, the only microwave was in the lobby. Not one in the room. Looks like they have Direct tv but several of the channels were not available because of weak signal.

The premises are very clean. The decor is bright and cheery. The entry area is welcoming and a fun place to hang out. Breakfast was very good. Excellent channels and the ability to log into our Netflix.

It seems that the insulation between rooms could be better. I would have liked a gluten free bread or pancake option at breakfast.
