The breakfast buffet was good and very well-serviced.

Lack of privacy was distressing - the curtains were not capable of closing! The room faced the rear of the property, and the light from the university was very bright, in addition to the lack of privacy. We tried to make do by using the clips on the hangers to hold the decorative curtains closed, but it was not a satisfactory solution. I would never stay there agin because of this.

I really enjoyed the computer and quality of the room. I liked how quiet it was. Breakfast was consistent. Plenty of amenities. The room had tons of space and everything was well kept. House keeping was consistent and punctual. I never had any issues that couldn't be resolved.

There were some hiccups with check in and a faulty room but these were quickly resolved and the stay was overall great. There just needs to be more effective communication and maybe not have property staff complain when people book through booking.com instead of directly because that's unprofessional. Issues were always resolved so it really turned my stay around because the staff truly cared about the quality of the stay and life happens.

No clean comforters for the beds. 1st room smelled very badly . Kindly moved to a 2nd room door looked like it had been broken into before. No clean comforters for the beds. I was given a extra blanket. Hallway smelled like weed.

The room and facilities seemed clean. The bed and mattress were comfortable. The bathroom seemed clean. The breakfast was very good with a good assortment of food. Parking was good. The air conditioner was good. Lots of lights and power outlets. Shower and soaps were good.

The room had a "hotel mustiness" smell that got on clothes. The towels were not fresh smelling. No Keurig in the room. The coffee served at breakfast was not good. It was muddy tasting . Perhaps a different brand would be better? There was not a comfortable chair in my room although the desk chair was not bad. I have back, neck and hip issues which made it hard to relax.

The pool was nice and it was nice you could go outside and lay out. It was really clean room and im picky. Only issue we had was the key cards kept quit working but wasn't a big issue. Breakfast variety was nice also

I just didn't like where our room was located. It was on the 2nd floor right in a hallway area right above the front desk. Which make it a more trafficking area and we would have preferred to be more away from all the traffic and have more privacy. But other then that it was a nice place.

The facility was quite large and very clean. There was a refrigerator (no freezer) and other comforts. The layout of the room included a small sitting area with comfy chair. There was an indoor pool and it was open until 10pm. The desk staff was very nice, if a little hard to understand in English. The bed was very comfortable.

I arrived in early evening, perhaps before many others. This is an interior hotel. They put me in a room that was upstairs and 2 long hallways away. It was a hike with luggage and a better location that was closer to the single entry hall would have been more convenient. What were they thinking? No side or back entrances were working with keycard.

I love how family-friendly, peaceful, accessible is the hotel; it's been our first time visiting Ohio. I want to thank Fran for her help at the counter service. The room service was amazing. And I want to give a special thanks from the bottom of my heart to Parry! She was very hospitable. Her recommendations were very helpful. I will never forget the blessing that she became for me and my family. Thanks from the bottom of my heart.

The location was good, close to highway. Facility was clean. Breakfast was good.

The sink is very high. I can't reach over to brush my teeth. I need a step stool. The toilet seat was broke. There was not enough lighting in the room to do what work I needed to do. Also the bed is very tall. I am 5'2'', and had a hard time climbing in the bed.

Large room with a decent desk, comfortable beds and an armchair with footrest. Convenient location with supermarkets, restaurants etc only a few minutes drive and a couple of restaurants walking distance away.

Nothing to complain about really. A good hotel where I would definitely stay again.
