Friendly staff, clean and very welcoming. Comfortable beds. Sparkling clean and layout of our room was great! Loved the useable balcony with settee. We opt out of Breakfast included, so I can’t comment on that. I do know that their Cappuccino’s are great though. They have a lovely courtyard area as well with a fire pit in the back; hence, “Courtyard”. You just have to ask someone to light it for you if you want to enjoy it. I don’t know about roasting marshmallows, you’d have to ask.

I think Breakfast should be included at this price level. But other than that, nothing.

Susan, the lady at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and informative, I felt very welcomed. My boyfriend proposed the night I stayed, and she was so thrilled and treated me like family. The lady at the breakfast cafe was amazing to unfortunately, I didn't catch her name. I will be booking my stay again with you all.

Check in was quick and easy. The lobby and so on were very clean. Check out was convenient and fast.

Person who greeted us was abrasive and had a rude tone. The breakfast attendant was snippy. Availability of items in snack area was limited.

It had a slight smell like the carpets needed to be replaced and the walls should be cleaned

Spent $184 a nite and had to pay for coffee. The tea bag type coffee in the room, 1 bag for 2 people,two nights. The outside side door, near our room didn't latch well, so anyone could walk in.

There was no breakfast bar. The cost on my reservation said $10.00 per person. Did not see or have breakfast. Web site did not say that.

I liked that since there were renovations going on with the hotel, they automatically moved my reservation to the residence inn next door. There were no issues with checking in either.

I wish I would've had a better view, but there wasn't really anything to complain about.
