Great breakfast, friendly staff at check-in and checkout, the room was very clean looking and parking was a breeze. My kids loved the waffles and playing in the pool. The beds were great, not too soft, but not lumpy or hard. The location was right by the mall and the highways which made traveling a breeze

I couldn't figure out how to adjust the thermostat but just meant the room just stayed cool, which wasn't would on a hot day. There were only 3 bath towels for a reservation that has 3 people, and the water pressure wasn't great in the shower.

Breakfast was fine. Bed was extremely comfortable and clean. Front desk staff was helpful, polite, and personable. There were plenty of towels.

It may sound ridiculous, but the toilet paper was cheap and you had to use more of it than you would if it was a better quality. Also, the view was obstructed by a shade that was pulled down that I couldn’t figure out how to raise. Evidently it was electronic, but it wasn’t plugged in or functional. So I had no view and the room was extremely dark all the time.

Nice facility, staff, breakfast, etc.

It was difficult to know how to adjust the room temperature, even though I could select a higher or lower temperature on the thermostat... setting it higher didn’t always seem to get the room temperature to be warmer on a correlated basis. I was able to set the thermostat temperature much higher than normal to get the room temperature to become cosily warm.

The location is perfect for us whenever we come to the Dayton area because it is very close to our son's house. But it is a very comfortable hotel. Great rooms with outstanding beds. We love the breakfast and the hospitable nature of all of the employees.

The hotel is comfortable and inviting. We love the new look! The employees were all friendly and welcoming, especially Glenn at the front desk. Great location and a very comfortable bed.

We had a little trouble getting the air conditioning properly adjusted to liking.

Slept through breakfast the first 2 days. But on the third day it was good. Had a very friendly staff. Wish there was more people like them.
