I've seen customer care before. And I've seen hospitality workers that care. But the level of car and consideration that the front desk lady Lily put into not only mine but every other guest I seen her interact with was nothing short of exceptional. She was pulling double duty working the front desk and cleaning rooms that didn't get done earlier in the day. She is the paragon that all hospitality employees should strive to be.

Location.

Location interior had been updated, but the room we were in looked like the walls were painted around picture frames and the picture were not out back and others were put up in different locations leaving weird looking walls. The entry into the hotel with the 2 sets of double doors, made it hard to get a luggage cart inside from the carport area. The elevator was small and it was difficult maneuvering the luggage cart also. Room’s shower head leaked and was literally “fixed” with electrical tape to hold the leak.

Clean...friendly....quiet...comfortable. Need outside area for those that like to sit out and get free air. Just a few seats and a couple tables would be nice. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience

Maybe a bit more attention to cleaning parking lot and more attention to landscaping.

I inquired about my refund of $100.00 and was told to expect it 7-10 business days on my card. As of this date, I've NOT received it. I've called numerous times to only get a front desk clerk saying the same as stated. Please check and reply as to my refund.

The staff was friendly, our rooms were clean, very convenient, and the price was cool. No complaints, felt like home with the kitchen. Lol

People need to pick the dog poop up around the building.

We were only there for about 6 hours, but things were fine for that short time. A little expensive, but not horrible.

The breakfast was definitely less than I expected. Breakfast consisted of a muffin and coffee to go.

I needed additional assistance and the assistant manager, RJ, was incredibly helpful. The customer service exceeded my expectations.

I had thought there was a pool and there wasn't. Otherwise, it was great!

The location and the man that checked us in.

Extended Stay and nothing in the kitchen such as silverware, plates ,glasses, cookware or a coffee maker. We asked for 2 extra towels and never received them. The TV connection was not very good.

Comfy bed, clean shower and working fridge and microwave

Slow drains in kitchen and shower A/C heater's thermostat didn't work right. Either too cold or too hot

Laundry facilities.

Everything was as expected. There were no kitchen utensils. I had to pick those up from the counter. Which was OK.
