The area was nice and hotel grounds were very clean. Front desk staff was friendly and check-in was quick. The pool and hot tub were nice, and plenty towels were available to use. The room was spacious and clean with a large screen TV. It had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. They served free drinks and food in the evening which was very nice! Overall great experience! Would definitely recommend...

The refrigerator wasn't very cold and awkward to get into.

The facilities, the location, the breakfast was all GREAT!!

When I went to check in, I waited a short bit in line. When it was my turn, the gal at the desk started to help me, then turned away and helped 3 people that were behind me. They were pilots and / or crew from one of the airlines. She didn't say a word, just helped them. Then she answered the phone and dealt with that 1st. A little annoying on my end.

Our bathroom sink was draining very slowly. The next morning maintenance quickly jresolved the issue and we had no problems with the sink after that. The “Kick Back” hour every evening was very nice plus a meal offered each night also! Breakfast each morning was also enjoyable. Hotel management would stop by each table in the dinning area asking if our meal was satisfactory and would even clear our plates, cups etc. when we were finished eating! Remarkable service and friendliness!!

I loved everything about this stay. The staff was top tier with their service. Very pleasant they check led on me constantly especially Virginia who runs the property. Every other worker spoke when they walked by. The building was spotless. The staff was super supportive of my nursing school finals. They took the time to get to know me. The best hotel stay ever!

Breakfast was good, hubby liked the eggs & protein, I enjoyed the waffle.

We didn’t like the pet fee. I understand some breeds/owners are not careful with their pets. The majority of pet owners care deeply for their pets thus keeping them clean, bug free and are respectful of human spaces. A $58.25 pet fee seems excessive and unfair to the greater community of pet owners, so what’s driving this fee is the small group of owners who are ruining it for the majority.

Breakfast was good, lots of hot and cold choices. Nice little goody bag upon check in. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Quiet throughout the night. Lots of restaurants, shopping, gas stations, etc. nearby.

I was told breakfast at 6, was not until 7. Someone across the hall from us left two dogs in the room and they barked until they returned. Good thing it was early evening, but too noisy. Did not call front desk…waited to see how long it was going to happen.

The buffet at breakfast and supper, the bar with late night food available. The hot tub. The shampoo and conditioner left my hair nice and soft. The staff- front desk, housekeeper, dietary, bartender. professional and friendly.

There was nothing I did not like. I enjoyed myself so much that I will be booking a stay vacation at the new Drury Inn by my home on Florence Ky later this month.

The kickback & breakfast I loved the set up & food. And the staff were very kind. We enjoyed our stay. Can’t wait to go back when pool & spa opens. Love the clean comfortable rooms. And the location is awesome ‼️

I picked the wrong time to come, didn’t read that it was under renovation, I been wanting to go swimming , & relax in hot tub. I was a little disappointed, we still enjoyed our stay. Be back when pool opens!!! Loved it

I use Drury Hotels as my goal post on my way to South Florida on I 75. I take 3 days to travel from Simcoe, Ontario, Canada to South Florida. I never drive at night. 3 Drury Hotels, provide a level of consistent excellence with peace of mind. The snack in the evening is a massive understatement, and the breakfast excellent. The coffee is delicious! The uniform excellence of this family owned hotel chain makes it feel like home. It's like I went to bed and got up 7 or 8 hours south from where I started.

I had a small issue with a room that was rectified immediately. The customer service in ensuring a guest enjoys their stay is amazing.

The Drury Inn was an excellent place to stay while I was in town. It was ideally suited for my needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the evenings and the breakfast was delicious as well.

I was slightly frustrated as I had asked for room service and no one ever came. I also had to ask twice for extra towels my first night in the room.
