I drive 3hours away from home and wasn’t planning on staying. I did reservation the same day & I try doing early check in. Front lady was amazing she work with me & in an hour she had the room ready for us. Very clean rooms smell clean, bed were super comfy. We were impressed with breakfast, Lots to chose off. I will say is the best hotel I ever stay!! Will come back. & will recommend.

The only thing I would complain is the pool. Too much chlorine.

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds are extra high, which the kids thought was funny (& fun). The pool was great (small, but clean and a really nice pool room and the kids loved it). Fitness center was really nice (kids liked that they were allowed with an adult). Breakfast was good but hot food was a little too greasy. Cinnamon rolls were delicious. Overall, the hotel is bright and clean and we loved being there. A couple of minutes' drive from Carillon Park.

We were 5 staying in the room (2 queen beds and a sofa bed) but there were only 2 sets of towels in the bathroom and no bedding for the sofa bed. We had to ask for these items. They had no blankets available for the sofa bed (only sheets), which is quite strange as it is a HOTEL whose job it is to provide BEDS.

The bed was comfortable. The room had blinds, which made it darker than other rooms, although light was seen around the edges. Nice for a single night stay while traveling. Bathroom was clean and looked newly renovated for the most part.

TV didn't connect to WIFI like it should. I tried calling the desk, but they didn't answer (were busy). I worked around it for one night. The toilet paper holder and another fixture were pulling away from the wall in the bathroom.

Night clerk was great. She was friendly and helpful.

We had done issues with our room. Toliet seat was broken and if you sat on it you ephod slide completely off. Electrical panel under the bedside table was broken and laying in the floor. I had to get down there and put it back up because I had a 3 ur old with me. My husband did the best he could to tighten the toliet seat and were very careful. The daytime front desk clerk offered to move us to another room, but we were unpacked and on our to the theater to see a play so it was too much trouble to move to another room. We told him we could survive the night. There was no maintenance staff at 4pm.

The staff was very curtious and helpful, our rooms were very clean and comfortable. The attitudes of the front desk personnel were very upbeat and friendly, they really made us feel welcome and were very helpful with anything we asked for. The breakfast they served the guests was very good.

We really have no complaints and will book again next year when our convention comes around.

The breakfast was excellent! A great variety of food. Our King bedroom was nicely appointed and very comfortable. There were a lot of flat surfaces, so there was plenty of space to spread out.

We returned to room at 5:00 pm after day of sightseeing - keys didn't work. Went downstairs to get them reissued. Went back to room only to find that the room hadn't been serviced at all. Went back downstairs to tell them. A cleaning lady was there and offered to come by and do whatever we needed, but we just asked for clean towels and clean trash cans. It was disappointing that we had to deal with this at all.

Breakfast was good and the service was excellent. We came for the eclipse and they threw an eclipse-themed party in the cafe area, which was unexpected. Everyone had a great time. Notably, I've had bad experiences at other IHG hotels and so I wasn't expecting much, but this hotel is legit. I would definitely recommend it.

The location was in a very downscale area, but that's not something they can control. The pool was kind of murky and should be cleaned more thoroughly.

Diffiçult making reservation from different sites and prices outrageous. Easy and cheaper when making reservation in lobby of hotel. Also didnt get hotel til after mn tey forgot to leave messsge we could check out at 11am but worked out

My stay really made me feel at home. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was perfect, breakfast was everything one could hope for.

The only drawback was the freeway noise, but the bed was so comfortable that I didn't notice it for long. Not much one can do about traffic.

Our beds were the best we’ve had in decades of staying at hotels. The rooms are tastefully decorated with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was good. The staff is exceedingly friendly. Hopefully soon all the Holiday Inns will be as wonderful as this one was.
