This location was a great location to stay at. The rooms were super clean, no lingering smoke smells at all, spacious king size bed for two people, plenty of towels and washcloths. Staff was super friendly. Check in and check out was very quick and easy. Pets stay for free (but can not be left alone)!

The only thing that I would have liked to see is a vending machine for late night snacks and drinks. There was also no fridge/microwave in our room, but it was not needed for our stay.

There was no soap in the room again. Both soap dispensers were empty. And no soap was provided.

I'm glad that they are back in business and the room was clean.

But what I didn't like bout it that the tub wasn't clean but I got it to other

hot coffee at front desk and a clean microwave available in the lobby. grateful for a ground floor room. the manager Bridget liked my 2 dogs and remembered their names. She had a good rapport with her staff

next time we will get the superior room so that we have our own microwave.

easy access to my room, my dog was able to stay with us for no extra charge, the staff was EXCELLENT and very accommodating to our needs! Brian checked us in and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, he listened to our needs!

Some simple touch ups could make the property look top notch.

No iron or refrigerator in the room

The interior of the room was really nice, clean, and had updated features. The check in process was super easy; took me maybe 5-10 minutes to check in. Beds were really comfortable.

The location. It was a little challenging entering and exiting because it's on a high traffic road. The TV cable system was weird. It had no guide to select from; the channel list would automatically scroll on its own and then you had to remember what channel you wanted to enter. Also, we had to get the master remote to change the temperature on the air conditioner; the digital panel would not work. I also wish the pillows were thicker. There was no refrigerator to keep drinks cold. Just little things that were slightly annoying.
