I enjoyed having hot meal options, crispy bacon, both scrambled eggs with a variety of toppings, and a little spinach quiche were offered the morning I was there. There were also several bread optionsincluding small muffins that were nice and airy, fresh fruit, and choice of two juices and hot coffee and tea. I think they also had hot oatmeal, as well as cold cereal and yogurt available. The gentleman in charge of the food was very helpful and considerate. I saw him bring a few things out for a guest who arrived just a few minutes after closing time for the buffet so he could get something to eat, even though the breakfast service was officially "over" and many items had been put away or back to the kitchen. Made me smile to see that the guest's needs took priority over the staff's need to "get things done." That's the kind of employee that I hope is rewarded. Actual caring trumps efficiency for me, especially in the Hospitality Industry.

I would have appreciated a second chair with a back in the suite that could have been used to sit at the desk/counter area for eating meals and participating in a Zoom chat together. We made do by stacking pillows on the movable hassock pulled up to the desk; but after about an hour that was getting a bit hard on the back to be so unsupported.

Their breakfast was phenomenal! They had almost anything you'd want to eat for your first meal of the day and yes! It was a meal - or just a muffin or bagel - whatever you wanted it to be! The staff was also very accommodating to all of my (and all those eating there) wants/needs. It was awesome!

There was Not one thing that I didn't like! From the moment I walked in the door to the morning I left, every single staff/personnel was always friendly and very helpful. If you have a choice as to where to stay, SpringHill Suites is the ticket for you! Enough said.

Anthony was such a ray of sunshine , very attentive,welcoming, excellent service and sense of humor. He tried to make every person at breakfast feel special!! Please acknowledge him, he deserves a raise or some kind of special recognition!!! I will always come back here because of him really!!!! I just really wish you had bacon or sausage links, ham or some kind of meat even though sausage gravy was good. Over all, facility,staff,cleanliness was excellent, we almost had to beg for towels, washcloths for the room and none was stocked in pool area. Overall score 9 out of 10.🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

The breakfast was great. Tyler at the front desk went above and beyond every day!! He was a pleasure to see every afternoon and evening. He always had a smile and asks us about our day. A truly awesome person.

We had a sink in our bathroom that didn't drain well and we reported it but no one ever came to fix it.

The southern girl at the front desk was extra friendly. She needs a raise. The room we ended up getting was clean and spacious. No complaints about the room. I would stay again if the pool was open.

We arrived at check-in, and our room was not ready. I ordered a king suite, and so they ended up giving us two queens suite after about 4-5 hours of waiting. Something about a tournament the day before and lack of staff. The pool was closed. So that was another disappointment.

Clean, convenient to everything, and the staff were amazing. Front desk was so accommodating and the server at the cafe for breakfast was top notch making sure everything was filled, at the proper temperature, and fully stocked. The room was beautiful, comfortable bed, and pool was nice and warm!

We were there for a week and did not get a full breakfast everyday . Most days very minimal . We were there with family and wanted them to stay there . Clerk offered my family the most expensive rate . We already had 2 rooms book .

Less than basic breakfast, and the access to the hotel from the main street is a very steep curved ramp, tricky even for experienced drivers

this property is clean and up to date, there was some construction going on due to a new remodel but it was barely noticeable. staff was friendly and accommodating. we had a hot water issue and it was fixed with in the day.

proximity to National Air Force museum was an advantage. Excellent room, with lots of space, a couch, and closet space.

I mistook the sausage dish for oatmeal. It was liquid, with small chunks of sausage in it. Only after serving myself a large portion did I realize there was a separate container with oatmeal in it. Better to serve tubular sausages than this liquidy form
