The room and the facilities were exceptionally clean and comfortable! The staff was friendly and accommodating

The rooms have a very sparse feel to them. There are not a lot of places to store clothing or place luggage. They ask that we hang our towels to dry to be eco-friendly but then only give us one towel rack for multiple guests. The TV picture was a poor quality.

The Marriott at the University of Dayton impressed with its outstanding design and top-notch service. The spacious rooms, luxurious marble bathrooms, and the relaxing hot tub beside the pool were highlights of our stay. Free WiFi and convenient parking added to our comfort.

The rates can feel a bit high, and the drink prices at the bar are on the pricier side, which might not correspond with the overall value offered.

So many things! It was extremely clean! The beds/bedding were so comfortable that I snoozed our last day a little longer! I loved how updated it was. I loved that there was a restaurant as well as a gift shop. I absolutely loved that there was a porch/balcony. It reminded me of my balcony access at the Marriott Grande Vista! So every time I stepped out it reminded me of when I was in Florida! I got a ground floor room w/porch access! The rooms are on the smaller size but there’s so many wonderful things that it didn’t matter. I also loved that there were multiple parking lots, so I was able to park behind my room. I could easily walk out my porch and around to my car so it made packing up a breeze.! One of my favorite stays ever!

The staff and atmosphere of the hotel is wonderful. The location was so close to UD which is where I was going. The outdoor pool is so beautifully landscaped and clean. I enjoyed the entire stay. Buffet breakfast was a plus!

The Concierge lounge and service was amazing! I was able to grab a delicious meal after work each day that included pasta, salad, bread, and dessert. Breakfast was also delicious and convenient. The lounge was comfortable and accommodating for my weekly stay; I didn’t have to leave the hotel for meals. Thank you to the chef and kitchen staff; the food was beyond my expectations! Thank you to concierge staff, as well. The concierge lounge experience was my favorite part of my stay.

The hot tub could have been hotter.

The ladies that checked me in and out were very nice. The room was nice and clean.

My partner did have a hard time with the security at the hotel. He met with a friend from the University of Dayton and I locked the hotel door by habit before laying down. My partner went to the front desk for assistance but instead, the security guard choose to threaten him with arrest. I eventually woke up and opened the door for him. My partner explained that the woman at the front desk was very helpful in the process.

When we arrived, there was some confusion and my card was charged 2 times for the full amount. The staff ensured that the 2nd charge would be removed and also offered 2 complimentary breakfast vouchers for our inconvenience. Staff was very pleasant.

Very clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant had great food and the staff was friendly!

Pillows went flat as soon as you put your head on them so my husband and I had some trouble sleeping. The outdoor pool was not very clean.

The location was great—we were visiting a friend in Oakwood.

While I didn’t expect free breakfast, free coffee in the lobby would have been nice. There was a coffee maker in the room, but it was a little old looking, and there was only powdered cream. I would have been happy to purchase coffee from the restaurant but it had already closed before check-out.

The bed was so comfortable . And the concierge room was excellent.

Parking is pretty bad. However, there may have been an event going on that weekend.
