You offer coffee in the room, have a fridge, but there is no milk and sugar. When I mentioned it to the front desk staff, they delivered creamers and sugar to the room which was nice (but maybe should have been there ahead of time?)

I requested a quiet room... sadly it was "March Madness" and I was given a room on the main floor which would have been fine, except for the running around above my head until very late at night. Also the rooms have "black-out" curtains, but on the main floor there are floodlights directed at the windows (for safety, I presume) and the curtains don't quite come together, so it wasn't actually dark.

Breakfast was solid. The room was spacious and the bed was good. It was quiet and we had no issues. Parking is free and easy to find parking. The location was next to alot of stores and restaurants (within walking distance) and the highway but it wasn't noisy. The hospital is across the street so it is a great place to stay if you have someone in the hospital.

The water pressure was lacking and the gym is tiny. Other than that, no complaints!

Front desk staff were friendly and informative. The little snack shop had a great selection. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Breakfast in the morning was a great spread. Near lots of food options and the highway but no road noise. Would be a good option if you needed to stay near a hospital. Parking lot is large enough for trailers! Overall well done!

The location is nice and off the roadway.It was around a lot of good stores and places to eat. The room was also really cozy with a well working air conditioner

Communication could have been much better with the staff. I extended my stay the night before I was supposed to check out but the morning staff was unaware and my boyfriend and I almost got walked in on by a housekeeping employee due to lack of communication. /

Hotel was clean and very close to lots of amenities! Tried a new sushi place and a coffee/chocolate place. Best of all it was close to my destination the next morning.

A little difficult to get to -- had to go a huge loop around across the street to get to the right place. Only because I missed the turn.

I liked that there were healthy breakfast options. The coffee was very good too! Front desk staff very nice and Ashley was helpful when I needed to print something for business meeting the next day.

Difficult to figure out thermastat in the room.

The room was clean.

The room was basic. The breakfast was basic. The lobby was a bit tired, and Christmas decorations were still out… the price of over $200 a night was not justified.

Room had very strong smell from dogs. Did ask for a new room which they gave us, but it was also a bad smell from dogs. Chair in room was dirty

Very clean, excellent staff, quiet location

Photos indicated a hot tub, but there wasn't one. Possible our leisure trip coincided with some high demand local events, because prices (in the entire area) were noticably higher than usual. This wasn't the best location, but it was adequate (and as noted above, was in a nice quiet spot).

Convenient and secure location and quiet , no traffic noise.

Well the room door was not exactly fit well so conversations in the hallway or the laundry room nearby were audible. Bed was comfortable and slept well anyway.
