My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. My kids loved the pool. I enjoyed the breakfast, there’s nothing like a good start to the day with some delicious food. The rooms were very comfy. The only problems that the room had was the bathroom faucet water shot out with such force that water would go everywhere when washing our hands. The door into the room only opened when the handle was lifted upward instead of the normal downward motion, but other than those 2 little things everything else was awesome. The staff were helpful in multiple occasions.

It was a perfect location for what I needed, close to everything you could want. I only stayed to rest for a few days, and other than the hallway noise (elevators, other guests slamming doors, which happens!) I had an entirely peaceful weekend. Will definitely go back!

The room was definitely not over the top fancy, but had everything I needed. You couldn't have the mini fridge and the microwave plugged in at the same time, so I had to wrestle furniture to plug in the fridge haha. And while it wasn't absolutely spotlessly clean, it was clean enough, no major complaints. Comfy bed & couch, and I loved that I could open the window.

Extremely comfortable beds! So needed with a long trip and being in our car for over 6 hours

There was no handicapped accessible breakfast seating. We had to sit where the free computer station was located from the continental breakfast section. Also, there were only 2 handicapped parking spaces further away from the front door where multiple spaces were located, but not available, so you had to park further Away from front door. Honestly it was not Comfortable or easy to unpack our luggage and medical supplies needed for our Stay.. Plus, it was not easy to manage my sister with her wheelchair as hoped inside our room. We had barely enough room for it to fit between the beds. We did request a handicapped access room on Booking. Com. Great value for the money. Definitely still like the place even with its short comings!

It was in a great location, the room was nice and clean and the breakfast was very good. All staff were helpful and friendly.

While the staff was very friendly and helpful, the front desk was grossly understaffed for a hotel with many rooms. The young man working the front desk was friendly, helpful and working very hard, but he could not keep up numbers of people coming to the desk, so a line formed which frustrated people, who had to wait longer than normal to be served. I felt bad for him and recommended that he be given some extra help, particularly in the late afternoon when people typically check in.

Staff is honest and friendly. Breakfast items were varied, always had waffles and eggs and meat.

The floor (vinyl?) of the bathroom (and its entrance) were very sticky when we arrived. We bought a floor mop and cleaned the floor. The mop was very dirty after the mopping, so we mopped it again a little later. The mop was not as dirty the second time and the floor not as sticky. Otherwise things seemed to be in good shape. We couldn't find the programming (tv showsband movie titles) for the TV, although we did have a list of the channels and the channel names.

The hotel location was convenient, but away from busy areas. Staff was friendly. The room was clean, and had a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was a decent size. The pool was very clean. The breakfast was great, a little of everything, cereals, yogurts, eggs, meats, potatoes, waffles. Decent place to stay while traveling through the area.

Connecting rooms - people next door were loud at 2am and you could hear them through the door There were not enough chairs and tables at the pool - they only had one table and four chairs. Not an issue during our stay, but it could be on a busier day

Our stay was short but it exceeded our expectations. . Price was great but the hotel was better than what we thought. It was a clean hotel, the room and bathroom, we're both very clean. Breakfast was great and included in the room fees. But what was most important was the reception staff were excellent, and went beyond expectation to ensure our stay was great. All staff member were very kind and joyfully. We will be back.

Loved this hotel! Great rates for such a nice room. Super clean, modern room and bathroom. Comfy bed. Bed linens and towels smelled fresh. Water was hot and stayed hot! TV has a crystal clear picture and lots of channels. Breakfast was good. Make yourself waffles with bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns, cereals, and muffins. Juice and coffee machine with many selections. Front desk staff were very nice as well as cleaning staff. Definitely will recommend to my family and friends.

We didn't like the room location #137 due to being next to the exit door and maintenance room causing us to hear slamming doors all night and morning. Also, not knowing ahead of time there was an "incidentals" deposit of $100 which is not immediately refunded.

The value!!! It was one of the least expensive places to stay, making me wary that despite its decent rating, it was going to be a terrible place (something that has drawn me in before). It was clean, had a good breakfast with many warm options, my King room was clean, the bathroom had open shelves below the sink allowing me the opportunity to keep the counter top clutter-free, no mold in the shower, enclosed wardrobe, desk, etc.

The mattress was quire hard.

Fantastic value for price, way more amenities and comfort than the usual Red Roof Inns we stay in with our dog on road trips. The Hotel is pet friendly and has a nice big grassy area behind it for walking dogs. Hotel was nice and quiet. Fridge in room, many towels, comfortable beds. Breakfast way better than expected (included in rate) - make your own fresh waffle & breakfast sandwich stations, try the warm biscuits! Business centre with computer and printer available too. Saw a gym (didn’t use) and (outdoor) pool (closed for winter). Woman at front desk when we arrived late at night was very kind and generous, will definitely stay again on next road trip!
