Everything was great. Except, they didn't clean my room when I specifically requested it. It might have been a miscommunication. Another thing is that I wished the breakfast started earlier. It starts at 6:30am rather than 6am like other places i have stayed. On the day I was leaving, it was Saturday, and they didn't have breakfast until 7am. Also, one of the kitchen staff was attending the front desk, and it seemed like he was running everything alone at that point (before 7am). Regardless, it was clear to me that the facility was kept clean and they were very cordial.

Great staff, excellent service, nice view of the city! Very clean and comfortable! Parking paid for by hotel at the parking garage next door. My favorite part of the check in system is that they only put a $1 charge for security deposit, instead of making you pay a deposit which is normally the equivalent of 30% of the price of the room at other hotels. Essentially holding onto your money for 7-10 days after you've checked out and forgot about it. Much better system here! Would recommend to anyone, and will be my go to anytime I'm in the Dayton area overnight.

The room was clean and the bathroom was up to dated and very user-friendly. The room didn't have any order and was very clean. The location looked well kept outside and even tho not used the gym looked nice just passing by

The check in clerk wasn't that friendly when we arrived as what I have experienced or expected. I was only look and ask if the area was safe and that we had cargo in the truck that had to remain outside and if there was a safer place to park. He didn't make it see to good and was more keen on letting me know the facility wasn't responsible for anything, I consider leaving but the next city was to far for the drive.

Loved the breakfasts! Especially the biscuits and gravy. Great selection and very tasty. Loved the comfort of the room. I would've loved having some lotion available -- the cold weather made the air very dry. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I need to drink a lot of water every day from health reasons. I loved the water in the lobby - tasted great! But hard to always make your way down to the lobby for drinking water. I would've appreciated a filtered water bottle filling station on the floor of my room. The tap water wouldn't get very cold and had a weird taste. I also avoid drinking from plastic bottles. I think it would be great if the rooms had body/hand lotion available as well.

The staff was exceptionally professional, courteous and friendly. The common areas and guest room were broom clean. The parking was included in the cost of the room so there were no surprises. I loved that it was between two parks and down the street from a delicious coffee shop. The neighborhood was urban but quiet.

That breakfast was incredibly disgusting. Come on guys, are you kidding? If you wouldn't serve it to J.W. Marriott, don't serve it to my family!

I have stayed at this location several times. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is quiet and directly next to the walking path by the river and the baseball stadium. Always a nice experience!

The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Hot and cold options. Compared to previous stays, the food was not refilled. Perhaps they were having a particularly busy time during my stay.

Aaron, I do believe was a midnight host! Was absolutely amazing, brilliant, smart and knew everything there was to about this city! We had never been there and we had an amazing experience! Thank you Aaron for making our vacation lovely! Love Darrell and Courtenay Chippeway

We went to Dayton for a concert and the hotel was very convenient for the theater. The property was very nice and well maintained.

The continental breakfast was pretty poor, but everything else was great. The location was convenient for where we were going, but it did border what looked like a pretty desolate/industrial area. Having said that, a very nice park was across the street.

The hotel was within walking distance to the church and the wedding reception. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and spotless thanks to Sally. The indoor parking was included which was a bonus. The free breakfast provided was more that we ever expected. We will definitely stay there again when visiting Dayton. We even had time to walk to the Second Street Market which was a treat.

There was a spot of blood on my side of the bed. Fresh, red blood . had it not been so late when we got in, I would've requested a bed change or new room. Could use more than 1 person coffee choice as well.
