The queen room we booked was very clean,spacious and comfortable. Mohammed welcomed us very well.We asked for extra things which he was very happy to assist us with. They have an elevator which is a nice touch and a gym on the premises.Great potential for growth.

It's nothing major,however we were told that breakfast would be a buffet, but the Chef dished up for us.Although the food was nice,it would have been nice to have a buffet as promised. They had a lot of Police officials who had also booked there and they made noise during the night and in the morning as they were preparing to leave for work,I wish they would have been reprimanded, however I did share this with the owner(Ayesha) and she apologized for it,she handled it very well

I asked to change my room as I wanted a higher apartment and they gladly changed my room, conformable bed, I didn't experience load shedding at all and that's a bonus for me, safe and locked, parking, bedding was very clean and bed was conformable I can go on and on, my five year old watched TV endellsly, the is a safe to safe keep your important items

I would have appreciated to have an iron as I expected to find it in the room, however Atleast I had something else that didn't need ironing on the day, it's doesn't take away from. the pleasant exlerience

It was neat, modern and clean, friendly staff that goes the extra mile. I forgot my hair dryer and they went the extra mile to assist

I could not watch Netflix, had to watch Showmax on someone else's account as that was all I could get logged onto. I would also just add a small rug or so to accommodate the large floor area wile getting dressed and ready

The place it's self it a must come back it's a 10/10 and the staff were very friendly and welcoming ...we felt safe during our stay .....it has a very nice few and it's very attractive and children friendly

At our stay we never make used of the WiFi since we arrived till we left because we couldn't connect we did report it but still nothing was done about it ....but except this technical error the place was really a 10 out of 10 Rate

Our stay was excellent. It was very clean, smelled very nice. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The beds was comfy, and if I could I would have taken the bedding home. I would recommend it to anyone.

The only thing was the traffic near the guesthouse late at night.

The place is amazing. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately I left my IPhone charger but I contacted them and they promptly responded. I had to leave it behind as I had to leave the city. However is an excellent place. I am super picky and this place was absolutely great. I highly recommend.

Wished I could access more movies on the smart TV but that didn’t bother me much.

The room was exceptional. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets of a very high quality. The bathroom and shower were wonderful. You couldn't ask for more. I also think the doors had double glazing as once you closed them all noise disappeared

The check in process was quite tough as no one was around

Got a friendly welcome. The lady who showed me my room even offered to help me with my luggage. The place is very clean and refreshing.

There were some noisy guests during the AM's who made it difficult for us to sleep as they kept singing and the place isn't really sound proof

We were there for a short visit arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning. We were checked in without issues, everything was clean and the shower excellent pressure and warm, the heating worked. A very easy stay.
