Everything about Gemstone was fantastic. We loved the rooms, we loved the breakfasts and the staff went out of their way to help and accomodate. I would happily recommend Gemstone to anyone.

The only thing needing looking at is adding battery lights or solar lights in the rooms and surrounds for when the power is off. With South Africa having power issue for the forseeable future, provisions need to be made for when it is off in the night when the generator does not run.

I loved everything. From the staff to the venue. I would honestly come back again to Klerksdorp and also refer others. The rooms were clean and well prepared, the staff were friendly and they actually took care of everything. The pool was clean and we had a good time at the braai area.

The fact that we shouldn’t be ourselves and not make noise during the day. Apparently there’s a boardroom next to the pool. I would suggest they move it because how can a group of people swim in silence?

The room was very neat and tidy. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had lots of mirrors. The aircon was a big plus, as it was really hot.

The parking is a bit of an issue, I personally don't like my vehicle to be in line of site to the road. I would have liked to book a breakfast on Saturday morning, but was told they don't serve breakfast over weekends.

I loved everything about the place, the host, she was soooo friendly, smiling alwys and available all the time, we really enjoyed our stay, the place was absolutely stunning and very spacious, Xtra blankets were provided for us. It's actually more than the money we paid

The shower, it's not well equipped, water was running into the whole bathroom.

The gentleman that was assisting us, was very friendly. The room was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed our stay.

My only recommendation is if you can invest on non-slip rugs. Other than that, we liked everything about the place and will definitely come back. 😍

Liked everything. The beautiful garden, the spacious room, the feeling of getting home. The staff are driendly and very helpful. Absolutely nothing I can fault them on. They are definitely at the top of my favourite list.

We were welcomed by Tengi, who were very friendly & helpful & went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. Our room was spacious & comfortable. The swimming pool was clean & great to cool off in the summer. Good value for money.

The back of the yard is not very neat, but the rooms, front gardens & shared facilities are well kept.

Communication was very good. Check in and meeting staff was very pleasant. Any needs we could ask. Central situated. Room was comfy for our family

The place was super clean, with very freindly and helpful staff who accomodated our unique needs and requests. Also close to essential emenities. Great value for money.

Everything about the place, the stuff treated us very well, the manager also took good care of us and made sure that we had everything we need. The treatment we got was way out of my expectations, going back the wouldn't even give me a hiccup, I'd go running back to the accommodation at any given time
