Loved the room, layout and had everything we needed. Service was great and the food was really tasty

The bathroom lighting was a bit dark. So hard to put on makeup etc.

Absolutely Perfect Stay! I had such an amazing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The facilities are excellent — everything is well-maintained and clean. The spa was a real treat and the perfect way to relax. The location is ideal, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of variety and top quality. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

The room service was great! The food was amazing, only waited a bit long for one course and it felt slightly cold. But the quality of the food made up for the small issues. This was real value for money! The only let down was that something in the bathroom smelt a bit off, almost like a mild stuffy drain smell. The small hand towels were placed in the basins and the one smelt horrible, there were also no towel rails or hooks for the hand towels. In spite of these small irritants, we still had a wonderful stay. The bathrooms are beautiful, classy and modern, so the bad smell doesn’t fit. The fridge inside of the cupboard was also broken, it was hanging, so one had to pick the whole thing up to be able to open it. It was more of a hazard than an inconvenience as we didn’t really need the fridge.

The staff are so courteous and professional...literally one of the best receptions I've ever experienced. The decor is incredible and the room was luxurious and exactly what I booked and payed for.

The lighting in the rooms could be a bit brighter. It goes well with the decor but and option for brighter lighting should definitely be available. The last dinner I had was disappointing; ordered lamb shank and it was clearly pre-prepared and not properly heated...it became colder and colder as I continued to eat, almost icy in the middle.

The location is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and the staff are great. The restaurant and the food is also excellent! I will definitely visit Feather Hilll again!

The only thing I can think of and it’s minor, is the person cleaning the room forgot to replace the snacks. This was sorted out super quickly by the lady who was works at the check-in. Shariz is super efficient, a lovely person and an asset to the hotel!

We were pleasantly surprised by Feather Hill Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and eager to assist us. The setting is stunning, and the food at the restaurant is delightful. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and truly 5-star quality. What stood out most to us was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. We will certainly return when we're in Potch again.

Beautiful property! Stunning views. Cosy, clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was extremely professional, friendly and always accessible; willing to go the extra mile on a daily basis. The food and service in the restaurant was great. The ambience and wine selection was also really good.

Nothing. Everything was excellent.

We were rushed to order and complete dinner by 20H00 because the hotel has a policy that staff need to leave early on a Sunday. This is not acceptable unless the Sunday rate for accommodation is lower than other days. I checked with staff and it was the same rate as the other days. We only checked in after 18h30 so really had to rush to be able to get dinner.

This is an amazing place for a short weekend break, near to Johannesburg. It’s a hidden treasure with beautiful views. Lovely friendly staff and the breakfast is so delicious. The rooms are meticulously clean and a lot of complimentary gifts for guests. Absolutely would come again just to try the spa and stay longer

Such an amazing hotel, all staff so helpful and polite, they made you feel so welcome. Every single member of staff were so caring and we will miss you all. The restaurant food was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble especially with certain food allergies . I have never been anywhere so beautiful with wonderful views; hotel outstanding and the people so genuinely kind and and always there to help. Transfers to the cricket were punctual many thanks to Chris the driver always pleasant and going the extra mile. Thank you to every member of staff you are all amazing from Reception to the Restaurant to housekeeping a very big THANK YOU.
