Tava Lingwe is a family-run game farm offering warm, welcoming service and a team that goes out of their way to make you feel at home. The location is beautiful, nestled among the hills, and just across the road is a game farm with lions that truly captures the imagination. The rooms were excellent, stylish, clean, and practical. The game drive was wonderful: humorous, engaging, and very interesting.

The bath plug was missing. It can become a little pricey if you add all the extras, but that was our own choice. It would have been nice if the lion enclosure had been more secure so we could view them from outside the game vehicle... but safety first!

We had the most incredible time at the lodge during our mother-son weekend. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and funny hosts who made us feel completely at home. Every part of our stay was enjoyable, but the highlight had to be the game drive – filled with laughter, beautiful scenery, and unforgettable moments. It was the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. The breakfast was absolutely delicious – fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. It was the perfect start to each day and truly exceeded our expectations. The lodge offered a peaceful escape, and the personal touches from the hosts made our experience truly special. We left with full hearts, big smiles, and memories we’ll treasure forever. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing, when you walk into the premises you can feel the presence of the Lord it's absolutely amazing and beautiful The view, the Room and the game drive was absolutely amazing the owners are really amazing people and to hear their testimony was really amazing to hear they will definitely see us again

Our room did not have shower gels of bath soap as indicated but overall it ewe very clean

Exceptional well kept and maintained, shalet was very clean and even outside. Staff is very friendly, which makes a person's stay very memorable. Breakfast was outstanding.

The bed was hard, but it was not too bad. The menu for the restaurant could have more variety, especially since it is 36km's out of Parys.

The staff from reception, the chalet we stayed at, the swimming pool, especially the warm pool during the night, game drive. The game driver was so friendly and the animals were so special. The lions.

It's a quiet place, the game drive was entertaining and informative. I truly enjoyed the rangers as well. They were just the right amount of talkative. The breakfast was also nice.

I loved the chalet. It is beautiful with so much attention to detail. Everything was clean. The chalets are in the bush with enough privacy to feel like you are on your own but close enough to walk to the pool, restaurant and office. The service from the family who owns the Lodge was exceptional. I did a Game Drive and had the most amazing African sunset on my Sundowner.

We felt like it was our home away from home! Super happy with our stay. It was clean and the game drive was fun and informative. What a winner home made breakfast!

We really had a great time at Tavalingwe. We booked the Honeymoon suite and it was perfect. The unit has beautiful views and everything we needed. The hospitality was amazing and the food was really delicious. We also went for the game drive which was fun and very informative.
