Friendly and helpful personel. Lots of suggestions where to go and how to get to your destination. I will visit again whenever we are in the area. My toddler even saw a train nearby that he could get into....that made his trip

Im not that familiar with the area. The guesthouse was great but there were street parties not to far a way and the people left the parks in poor condition. You did not hear the noise at the guest house.

The fact that everything was provided for and they took the time to ensure we were warm during our stay. The quietness was great. We didn't want to leave. Everything was amazing and easy to work with regarding the keys and the rules. The hosts are so friendly. The photos don't do the place justice

Location is close to NWU, family rooms, friendly staff, clean room, layout of the lodge, ample parking

Closing of the gate when exiting - the gate closes automatically after a certain time and if there’s traffic you may not be able to join immediately. This is a small issue that can be resolved

The host was so understanding even though I misunderstood something but a plan was made. That for me was exceptional and I see it as great service.

I didn't stay long but the short time I stayed gave me no reason to not like anything because everything it's in place

The location, the place was peaceful and closer to the shops. It was like 5 minutes away from the event I came to attend. Rooms are spacious. I will most definitely go back to visit

Breakfast was great, there were a lot of options. The kids loved the grass outside our room. The staff went out of their way to make sure the kids were comfortable and that we had the best room for their needs.

It was comfortable, quiet and there was everything we needed. Big room

The bathroom is outdated and the building outside needs updating and care

Accommodating our special requests - thank you! the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and went the extra mile for us. Being close to the stadium was such a bonus. we loved it.
