We did not have breakfast, but the location was good and central in Klerksdorp. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and when we had a problem with the TV in the initial room we were booked in, we were upgraded to a bigger and better room.

The one room that we booked smelled like cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, guests use the accommodation facility to fulfill their "short-term" sexual desires. It was 17:15 on the afternoon of our arrival, and the moaning coming from one of the rooms was an unpleasant experience and not conducive to a family environment. I travel pretty extensively across the country for work and stay in many guesthouses, and this was the first experience.

The ladies at the guesthouse made very good breakfast for us and tried to accommodate our schedules. Shower was warm and pressure was good, that's very important.

Sadly there were some disgraceful guests who also stayed at the guesthouse at the same time as us, who made loud noises until late in the evening and were acting inappropriately in public which made our stay less pleasant.

The location was easy to find, receptionist lady was so welcoming, the cleaning lady was friendly and respectful, the place itself from outside it so clean and welcoming.

On my booking I requested special parking, yes I got it right infront of my room but the moment I drove out to buy food, when I come back the parking was occupied by someone else.

I needed a chair to support my back in the room, and I was given one without hesitation. Staff was so professional 👌👌👌and the room smelled sooooo nice, and everything was very neat😃 I also loved the view i had from my room

I like the stuff and neatness of the rooms . Very friendly stuff i like the way they welcome the guest For the very first time my early check in request was granted ,so when I am in Klerksdorp i will go there for my stay. I love the place

What i didn't like is they told me during loadshedding there lights will be on and the TV will also be on but that did not happen That's the only problem i experienced

Similar to other reviews, the room looked as per the pictures. The staff were warm. The place is clean and you have all the essentials. Great place overall

The shower didn't work well, water was coming out of less than half of the shower head. The mattress was hard.

Wondeful room, clean and cosy.

Aircon remote didnt work. Drains in bath and shower not draining. There was less than half a toilet roll in the bath room. Other guests were extremely noisy till late, and started being nosy early, which hampered our sleep.

Facilities are great and was easy to locate. Gate service was not too great, waited for more then 20mins late at night for them to open for us, this was a bit uncomfortable as we are not used to the area

Location was excellent for breakfast I didn't take breakfast as we were having conference breakfast was provided.

Everything was excellent. I would like to request for the invoice towards my payment for claim submission.

There was backup power during loadshedding. Rooms are very clean and just spacious enough. Many clean white towels. Clean bathroom with soaps and lotions for guests. Friendly and helpful staff. Well manicured garden and secure parking.
