Units were comfortable with enough space for 3 people. The location is right at the entrance into Potchefstroom, with easy access to the shops and university. The bathroom was good with a nice size shower and plenty of hot water to cater for three of us.

On arrival we were informed that the hand-towels are still not dry (it was raining) and that they will bring them later, which they didn't. Even though the location is good, our unit was right by the gate and main road, so traffic noises were loud and constant. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were very flat. I had to use three - maybe a suggestion to get some more firmer pillows.

We were greeted warmly and efficiently. After a long hot journey in the car, the coolness of the room was wonderful due to the air conditioner. Bed was very comfortable and the linen was crisp and clean.

The power went off twice during our 1 night stay, but understandably, the facility was completely full and the weather was incredibly hot, which must have put a strain on the electricity. It was sorted out quickly. A small shelf at the basin would be convenient to place toothbrushes and other toiletries. There was a slight stinky drain smell in the bathroom.

The venue was centrally located for our needs. Small and clean with all the necessary features we required.

The showerhead unfortunately was clogged and the water sprayed in all directions. It also created a problem with the warm water switching off and on the whole time. The cold water tap in the basin also had no pressure and the warm water tap had to be used to brush our teeth. Possibly just our room but will have to be looked at.

We were accommodated in room number 20, which was impeccably clean and well-maintained. This cozy room was equipped with convenient amenities such as a compact fridge, microwave, and a coffee nook. The establishment also offered complimentary water and coffee sachets, and the internet connection was reliable. Our stay was truly delightful, peaceful and comfortable.

A couple of small improvements in Room no 20 could enhance the staying experience. For instance, it would be beneficial to have a small shelf above the sink in the bathroom for storing toothbrushes and such. Additionally, having a hanger in the bathroom for towels would be practical. Furthermore, a couple of bedside plugs for charging devices would be convenient. Another suggestion is to include a small shelf beneath the large mirror in the room, especially useful for dressing. Finally, the room lacks a cupboard. While it wasn't an issue for our one-day stay, a cupboard would be essential for longer stays.

This guestfarm will definitely see me again. I received the best service, and the staff are very nice people with a very gentle character of hospitality. I had a lovely breakfast at the Guestfarm that was so delicious and tasty at a very reasonable price. Rooms are spotlessly clean and large enough to feel yourself comfortable even for a long stay. I can honestly say they I am very impressed with the fantastic service I have received, and this Guestfarm will most definitely see me again

What stands out at Opstal, is the friendly and effiecient reception and all staff on the property!! Rooms are spotless, and very comfortable!! Catering for all our needs!! Really good value for m9ney and closed to all amenities!! This was our 5th visit to Opstal, and will definitely be back again!!

12 rooms booked for wedding guests. Self-catering rooms, with all you need. Private. Safe. Secure. Central. Opposite a shopping center. Alternative energy available during loadshedding (electricity supply) for lights, TV and wifi. If guests don’t respect house rules they don’t hesitate to remind you so all can enjoy a good stay.

I liked the fact that it's not far from the shops, like your grocery supermarket, franchise and filling Station.

My only issue was the fact that there are no bed side mat/rug and it's cold when you jump off of the bed. Other than that 10/10

Well located across Mooi River Junction Mall. Good value for money. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Our room was very clean and neat. The room also had air-conditioning that made the heat bearable. Fresh towels and cleaning services everyday. Warm water. Not noisy.

Dustin in the unit was a bit too small.
