The staff were amazing!! They did everything they could to make us feel welcome, offered to navigate us where we needed to be in town, and made my children's first hotel stay an exceptional experience. The food was incredible, and the breakfast selection was out of this world.

The bathroom could use an upgrade, but the facilities were all in perfect working order, so we had no complaints. It just seems slightly outdated in comparison to the wonderful room.

Loved how friendly everyone was. The staff are amazing and it was very pleasant. Everything was super clean and very comfortable. Lots of chill out space so you did not need to stay in the room.

Our bed was slightly uncomfortable - it felt a bit like the mattress needed to be flipped as there was a bit of a slope in it. However, that is just me being picky.

Really great staff, clean, nice smelling facility, food was delicious.

Some constructive criticism, if they can take out the bath with the shower and and curtain and replace it with a proper shower will it make a huge difference. The current set up makes a mess, water all over the bathroom. Aircon is making a lot of noise, especially when trying to sleep. Other than this, the stay was really good.

Myself and son just spent one night at the hotel. Service at reception was good and informative. Room was clean and spacious with 2 double beds (bonus as I didn't have to share with my son. Great to be able to walk across to Mikes Kitchen for dinner.

Bathroom was a little cramped but clean enough. No mini bar that I could see, to keep some items cold overnight.

Excellent breakfast and affordable la carte food. Wait was a little long for dinner, but the quality of the food was worth the wait. We were well looked after.

Not a big deal, but the beds in room 5 were a little low. Obviously our own current disabilities added to this - but this is genuinely the only thing I would mark as could be improved.

The breakfast was good - enough variety. And the coffee was excellent. The hotel location is very good and is nice and quite. The proximity of Mikes Kitchen was a plus.

There is only one towel hook behind the door. We reported that the basin hot water tap was loose, but nobody attended to it.

When we complained about the hairdryer the staff did their best to find an alternative solution

The hotel dedicated parking was not enough for all the guests and we had to park in another area. The hairdryer in the room was not working and should have been picked up by the team as the wires seems burned.

I had my two-year old daughter who is extremely busy. The staff accommodated her and us so well. They also made extra effort for my dad's birthday - it was special to him especially because it was such a big surprise and appeared so naturally from the staff. Big shout out to Lindi for being a Champ!

We stayed for 3 nights, our coffee, milk and water were not replenished. Breakfast on Saturday was disorganised. No flow, no management present, it almost resulted in an incident.

everything was so perfect ,friendly staff we got at the reception area ,they gave us warmth welcome and the guy who was working at night when we arrived after going out at night was so friendly and helpful.not forgetting their breakfast wow it was so delicious....i fully recommend
