Rooms were really spacious, very big and comfy beds. Pool was great after a hot day out

To be honest, needs to be refreshed, but...if you're not looking for a luxury stay, it's OK. Some fundamental stuff are missing such as clothing hooks and bathroom appliances. Only real complaint is that in between rooms there was no wall but just a wooden door, so you could hear absolutely everything

Hotel with few rooms, we were the only guests, so a very pleasant stay for us. The hotel is well decorated, spacious and the terrace is its big plus: very pretty, quiet, with swimming pool.

We waited 40 minutes outside the hotel door before we arrived before someone came to let us in. In addition, no sign or indication on the door: we had to ask the neighbors if we were in the right place. The kitchen is very poorly equipped (there is only one fork and two plates!). There is no permanent staff: a lady came to let us in and then no one was there during our stay, we were completely alone. The hotel is relatively clean but there were cigarette butts on the floor of the terrace and the swimming pool water was not very clean. The hotel is a bit far from the center (15 minutes on foot) but near a Wallmart, so convenient if you want to do some shopping. Overall, an ok stay.

The pool table was fun and also taking into consideration how warm the weather in Campeche is, the swimming pool was a great amenity

We booked with the expectation of the joined room with two king beds - the photos in the booking also reflected this room choice. Upon arrival we were given a totally different room - essentially one room with one king bed and one queen bed which was disappointing. Also the person at reception is only available between 10am and 4pm approx - so if you forget your room key (which has the key for main entrance), you are locked out. this was also never mentioned to us.

The pool and large room, with a fridge and sink. Some greenery in the garden. Large outside dining table. OK walk along our street straight to central square, about 20 minutes but watch out for huge numbers of holes in pavements!

Cockroaches in bedroom - lots of small ones clustered in the corner of the room, beside the larger bed. And at least 3 large ones scattered when we came back to the room in the evening. Rubbish in garden. No cutlery, no bowls, just a lot of saucers and random mix of cups and glasses. Only 1 waste bin for toilet and our catering waste. No bath mat so all floors became soaking wet after showers. Shower head broken and just sprayed out everywhere (that was replaced for us). One of the blinds was broken in our room. Felt like has been a casa designed for a large group of people who like to play pool and drink cocktails and nothing else. A stove, air-frier and coffee maker in front lobby/kitchen suggest they offered cafe service at some point, but nothing looks usable now. Hammock over pool stank, couldn't lie in it. Most garden furniture old and worn-out. No idea if gentleman who met us was owner/host/caretaker: no smile or welcome, didn't seem to understand our basic needs like room key. It is difficult to get to and from bus station by taxi, but probably fine if you have a car.
