Nice large room. Great bed, very comfortable, good bedding and pillows. Decent bathroom, good water pressure and no problem with flow or temperature. Nice rain style shower head. Coffee and tea in lobby sitting area, breakfast sweet breads. They have done a nice job of updating the lighting in the rooms, lots of potlights built into modified ceilings, wall sconces and outlets by the bed etc. It is Water supplied to room daily and water cooler/heater available in lobby. All staff that I dealt with were excellent, provided directions to attractions and good suggestions for local restaurants inside and outside the wall. Nice hotel that I would recommend to friends.

It did not affect me but note that this is an older building that has been extensively remodeled. It is located on a narrow street in the old section. There are steps up from the street and stairs or steps to most rooms meaning that those with mobility issues may have trouble getting around.

Pleasant and very helpful host at the reception, great location (very close to the middle of center yet on a side so less crowded, less cars, so lower possibility that your car get scratched, quiet and peaceful). Room was very clean and nice, the balcony (or terrace) is an awesome part as one can sit in the evening and watch the city at night. Totally recommend it!

Everything I had expected and more! Simple, basic comfortable, amazing staff and superb location. I even had a big private terrace to have my coffee and watch passers- by!

Nothing, will stay again

A beautiful boutique hotel, centrally located on a quiet street just a short walk from restaurants and shops. The malecon and old city walls are also just a short walk away. Campeche is a beautiful city and El Navegante makes it accessible.. The room was spacious and very comfortable with a small balcony over the street, and front desk staff were always available and helpful.

Big rooms nicely decorated and clean. The beds are comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within the walls of the old city. Very close to the main plaza and cathedral. Very nice area.

Everything was fine but maybe they can offer other options for breakfast.

The location is good near the center, waterfront, local market. The staff is very nice and give a lot of information, especially the lovely young girl, Alexandra at the front desk at the night shift and Francisco .

Service, cleaning, spacious room, personal behind the desk very friendly and courteous , beautiful hotel , with a bonus nice terrace .

My problem was that I got a one heavy luggage piece and I have to carry one floor upstairs ,

I had room number 1. It had a little courtyard with some tables outside my door which was perfect for holding online meetings and having morning coffee.

I wish my room had a small refrigerator, but the staff let me put some drinks in the hotel refrigerator.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The room and all common areas were clean and well maintained. The coffee, juice and pan dulce were all I needed to start the day.

The mattress was a little squishy, but not too bad.

Very nice hotel with good sized rooms and a 10 minute walk from the main square. Especially liked the good coffe and brioche style rolls for breakfast.

Nothing - all good. Bedside lamps would be a good addition.
