Renovated rooms, otherwise the hotel’s furnishings are original, old fashioned. Excellent food. Beautiful shady garden. The pool is older but functional. Overall a nice, quiet area.

Staff is very kind, but have limited knowledge of English. Some indoor and outdoor areas need renovation. Sun loungers right on the beach are not included in the price.

Peaceful location right next to a clean soft-sand beach which runs for miles. We appreciated the upgrade to a Comfort room, with a smart new renovated bathroom and walk-in shower. The room had it's own little balcony and the aircon worked well to keep us cool at night. The bed had a memory foam topper which made it very comfortable. Fluffy towels arrived clean daily and housekeeping staff left the room sparkly clean and tidy each morning. The room had a small fridge with cool drinks to purchase. Coffee is a serious business in Italy, so in common with most places to stay here you shouldn't expect the facility to make hot drinks in the room. Coffees and drinks can however be purchased in the lounge between meal times, and there is also a small garden bar for that afternoon cool beer, juice or Spritz. We chose the half board option, and dinner was served under the umbrella pines on the terrace, which was very pleasant. There were several courses, including buffet salads and antipasti, followed by main course options which were chosen from a menu provided earlier in the day. Breakfast was self-service from a good selection in the continental style, from cereals yogurt and fruit, through cakes & pastries, meats& cheeses and the Italian standard bacon and scrambled eggs. The good-sized pool was cleaned daily and there were loungers provided around the pool and in the hotels own sandy area next to the beach, with cooler seating also provided under the pines. Just a few more steps on from pool and lounger area was the main beach, with fine soft sand leading down to a gently sloping beach ideal for swimming. Unlike elsewhere in the lagoon, the water here is crystal clear. The hotel has its own loungers for guest use only (with umbrellas to rent at about €17 per day) if desired) on the main beach.

The time-windows for meals were fixed and quite narrow, but this wasn't an issue for us as we stayed in the hotel grounds or beach and didn't need to manage other plans around meal-times.

The kindness of the staff, beautiful natural surroundings, outstanding meals that are memorable, a lovely garden, and proximity to the beach make this place truly remarkable. It's a perfect opportunity for a family vacation.

Peaceful, great staff, very clean, on the beach, nice breakfast

Some rooms upgraded but others are very old. Unfortunately no new rooms available for our stay. Far too many sun loungers on the beach and some which appeared to be available were “reserved” on a long term basis. It wasn’t clear if we had to pay or not so we mostly stayed at the pool.

The sink had poor drainage and insufficient number of chairs on the terrace considering the number of adults in the room.

Very nice hotel, beautiful pine forest, great location with a wonderful beach, very friendly staff. We had a renovated room with a modern bathroom.

A wonderful hotel for a relaxing holiday with direct access to a beautiful beach. All rooms offer sea views, the hotel has its own private beach with free umbrellas and sun loungers, you can also relax on sun loungers in the shade of coniferous trees or by the pool. On the territory of the hotel there is free parking with carports, there is a bus stop nearby, where in 10 minutes you can reach the bus station from which buses leave for the pier, the airport, Mestre or Venice, which are only 1 hour. On the beautiful terrace of the hotel, breakfast and dinner are served, where you can listen to live music on weekend evenings, there is also a pool bar. Near the hotel there is a pizzeria, an area with attractions for children, a water park, restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk. Pets are allowed in the hotel, but they do not interfere with other guests at all. Every day the rooms are cleaned and towels are changed, it is possible to take a beach towel for 3 euros. Very friendly hotel staff who do everything to make guests enjoy a wonderful holiday. In short, this is an unforgettable holiday and I would love to come back here next summer
