A lovely small hotel located right on the beach. Very quiet and cozy — ideal for those looking to relax away from the noise. The beach is well-maintained, with sun loungers reserved for hotel guests — there’s always space available. The same goes for the pool area — never crowded. The rooms are spotless, cleaning is done perfectly, and towels and bed linens are fresh, new, and changed frequently. The entire hotel is exceptionally clean. The service is outstanding — everything is handled quickly and with great attention to detail. The owner is personally involved in the hotel’s operations, and it really shows. Special thanks to Roberta at the reception — very friendly and professional. And to Chiara, the young waitress, who is always smiling and attentive. Breakfasts are great, especially for a 3-star hotel — there’s everything you need, even fresh fruit. Lunches are delicious and feel homemade, with a salad bar and hot dishes you pre-select from a menu. If you’re looking for a quiet, cozy place by the sea — this is the perfect choice. We already want to come back!

The rooms are quite small — but this is stated in the hotel’s description, so it wasn’t a surprise. There are quite a lot of mosquitoes in the evenings (which is typical for this region). The room has a mosquito net on the window, but it’s still a good idea to bring insect repellent.

The staff 😘😘😘. Each person was so welcoming and attentive to every request and query. Always cheerful, relaxed & a pleasure to approach . The facilities were clean, attractive & up to date. Meals on site were great value in comparison to other restaurants in the immediate and wider area. (not alot of choice in immediate area) Good choice of fresh food. Loads of space at pool & beach area, where sunbeds & parasols are included in hotel rates. I hope to return again to relax, recharge rejuvenate. It was like staying at 4 star hotel without the pomp and false customer service.. And expense. Would recommend at least one day trip to Venice. Great public transport connections.

Bit further out than I realised from Lido di Jesolo. But the lack of crowds, traders on beach & noise made up for it. Big ➕could cycle to nearby fishing village for coffee each morning. Nio cash point nearby. Nearest was 10 min cycle. That wouldn't allow me access cash. No local businesses gave "cash back" But Hotel staff helped me out. Big thanks to you all 😘😘😘😘 P S. This was an amazing experience! The location is very good if you enjoy a more relaxed holiday. The staff is amazing and the hotel is very clean. The buffet is with true Italian food, simple and straightforward and the fish options are really nice due to it’s simplicity.

The interior design is somewhat outdated but if you know this upfront you can manage your expectations.

Perfect location for a peaceful family vacation. The staff were extremely kind and friendly. They offer free car parking lots and complimentary beach loungers. The local kitchen serves very delicious and diverse food. Moreover, the room was equipped with a very good and silent air conditioner, ensuring a comfortable stay.

There were a few minor issues such as some room furniture and the shower needing repairs. Additionally, the restaurant had no air conditioning, which made it uncomfortably warm.

Reception staff, one of them from Slovakia, they allow dogs inside which is cute, breakfast - quite a good quality, pineapple juice available, proximity to the beach, beach maintsined, good coffee, cleaning staff very friendly and helped us find forgotten items, hotel swimming pool wasnt overcrowded.

Extremely friendly staff in this hotel! We've been to many places and we can say that the staff here is very helpful and nice. Thank you! We were also allowed to take our dog with us.

Rather poor choice at breakfast. The posting says " dogs allowed" but only after you book a room it says, "dogs allowed until 20kg". We had do send an extra request to get our bigger dog with us. Dogs are allowed on the private beach of the hotel, but they are only allowed on the sand surrounding the pool. So that was a little disappointing.

This hotel is an example of what true service should be. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and customer-oriented. In all my travels, I haven’t encountered this level of service, even in hotels that call themselves 5-star.

The hotel is a small family run business. It is located in the "Pineta" area of Jesolo - peaceful and quiet but only a 15 minute bus ride from the busy centre of Lido di Jesolo. The bus stop was around 100 metres from the hotel. There is a pool and private beach with free sun beds and parasols. All this was PERFECT for our own requirements. The food was good and the service friendly and helpful. The were enough English speaking staff to answer any questions. We would not hesitate to use this hotel again.
