+ everything new & fresh in rooms and with great atmosphere in hall + fully equipped kitchen with some little bonuses + good soundproofing - we never heard any neighbors! + enough lamps and light options, unlike in other hotels + well working 2 airco with options to gradually change settings as you like + great and speedy WiFi (I assume ~35mbit/s per device), we played even once Fortnite (zero lags) with my son + great location (beach in 5-10min of walk, far enough from over clouded Lido di Jesolo, good restaurant and some small supermarkets near by), park-like surrounding with enough trees and shadows. Rivers near by used a lot for fishing. + lots of parking place (on arrival you can park near the entrance ~4-6 places, then later you will find the large parking lot behind the hotel)

Ok, these are really minor things! If I knew these I would still definitely book this hotel! - chairs a bit uncomfortable to sit long with a laptop - The induction panel is a bit over sensitive to fat and water, and goes crazy easily (need clean well controls area and reset/off/on) - if you like to sleep with open windows - streets near by are loud sometimes with cars/motorbikes at 7-8 and then around 23 o'çlock, the rest of the hours it was fine. Beaches & water: The water at the nearest beach was clean only in the morning (first weeks in August 2025). But later (~after lunch) the river was bringing in the sea a bit of foamy unclear water -> better to visit beaches a bit further at this time. In the night/evening, the direction of water was changing back (sea goes in channel).

The property was immaculate. The interior was designed in an incredibly welcoming and cozy manner, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff of the property were very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy, even adjusting the breakfast menu to meet our 10-year-old’s picky eating habits. The food was incredible, both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. We highly encourage visitors to eat at the adjoining restaurant - it is well worth it. We were a 2-minute drive from the beach, about an hour from Venice and about an hour from the Dolomites; the location is perfect. We cannot wait to come back!

Brand new and fresh! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, special thanks to Claudia who welcomed us with a smile when we were tired on arrival, was also very helpful throughout the stay. The restaurant belonging to the hotel was also good! It also felt extra homely that you were provided with slippers and a basket of snacks. We are very happy with our stay! Big plus because there were electric chargers for the car.

We were missing some kitchen utensils in the kitchen and thought the fridge was poorly placed under the counter. The cleaning was generally good but was forgotten a few days during our stay, then we lacked clean towels and toilet paper. Worth mentioning is that a church is located right next to the accommodation which rings very often during the day.

It was a very nice place to stay and enjoy our holiday! The apartman was just like in the photos, clean and modern! We liked it very much! The location of the apartman was also good, the beach was 10 minutes by walking, nearby there are plenty restaurants! I can recommend it to everyone who wants a quiet and nice place for a vacation!

Nice and spacious apartment, good aircon, friendly and helpfull staff, they had a private charging point as well as well as laundry machines

Would be nice if the picture frames contained actual pictures instead of being empty. Also some little thing not working because everything feels quite new like having to ask staff about the washing machines and not being able to figure it out

Perfect stay. We loved the location, staff and apartment was very big and fully equipped. We also have a big dog, and he was very welcomed and also had his own terrace in apartment. They also have great restaurant for dinner in the same building, delicious food. I would recommend it very much.

Apartement was beautiful, very clean and spacious. Kitchen was very well equipped to make your own meals. Location of the apartment was very good, not the main tourist area. Near were restaurants and store and bakery. Beach was few minutes walking distance.

Hotel was modern, clean, new and super stylish. Family who owns this hotel is super friendly. Parking is for free and easy. Bar is very good. Kitchen is well equipped. Rooms are exactly as in the pictures.

excellent service, comfortable room, it is possible to relax with pets - we visited the hotel with a big dog, everyone greeted him in a friendly manner 🫶🏻
