The hotel is very close to the beach. We had a room with sea view and enjoyed breakfast on the terrace, which is also facing the sea. The reception staff are very kind and helpful, we got accommodated right upon arrival, as our room was ready. The room had some small flaws like some old cupboards, but it was clean and for us that was the thing that mattered. Although we stayed just for two nights, they cleaned our room every day, with new towels and everything. The hotel has also a private beach right in front and a pool. Breakfast is a buffet with good food and to all tastes. Staff at the restaurant also super nice. All in all we had a very nice and comfortable stay. We will for sure return.

Exceptional staff & service at both the front desk and the restaurant. It’s in a prime location and you can access everything by foot from the hotel. Our room was super comfortable and although the furnishings in bedroom/bathroom are a bit outdated, everything was spotless. We really enjoyed our stay and will absolutely come back for our next trip to jesolo.

I only stayed 1-hour past checkout as I was waiting for my husband to finish golfing. We were charged €30. I’d agree with the charge if it was a reasonably late checkout where we were still using the facilities to the afternoon but I think this could have been waived for such a short period of time.

Friendly and helpful staffs, excellent services (welcome drinks at poolside bar), stunning beach and sea with umbrella and chairs just in the front of the hotel, superb breakfast in 1/F restaurant with seaview, well-equipped rooms, etc.

No shuttle transportation to and from the Macro Polo airport. Taxi too expensive €90-100 one way. Bus a bit clumsy if you are carrying large baggage.

The room’s walls were very thin, my baby used to wake up at night because of the noises that came from the neighbours and the wardrobe could need an upgrade

We were treated like in a 5 star hotel, everyone was so nice what we’ve never experienced in other hotels, the rooms are spacious and bright with a breathtaking view, the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of choices, beds are super comfy, bycicle renting is also included

Nice breakfast, wonderful location and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Really one of the best service experiences I have ever had at a hotel. From check-in to check-out the staff helped with luggage, showed us to our room, helped with dinner reservations, day-trip plans to Venice, quick bike rentals and more. Pool has been redone this year and the hotel is being slowly modernised. We had a family room which worked great for us.

Noisy neighbours could be heard when they walked down the hall late at night. The bathroom has a strange layout making it a bit awkward- but functional.

Excellent location, friendly staff and very welcoming (10/10). Good food both breakfast and restaurant. Its an older hotel, but its a small detail compared to the service we got from everyone - and its clean.

If I have to say something it would be the shower is to the small side, but it was a minor inconvenience..

The breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly. Good location beside the beach, where you had free sunbeds. Beautiful and clean just renovated pool area with showers. The cleanliness was taken care of very well. Free bikes that you can use whenever you like.

A little worn out in some places and the elevator was a little slow.

Staff amazing, so welcoming & super helpful . Location super, beachfront and surrounded by huge selection of shops & restaurants. Hotel is based about 1km from the lighthouse end of lido je jesolo. Breakfast is super, full hot and cold buffet with plenty of breads/ cakes/juices and even prosecco!

Nothing. It was all good. A slight criticism would be the bathrooms are slightly dated but that would be picky!
