The staffs are friendly and accomodating. Helpful and would always greet you whenever they pass by. Facility is verrry good, always clean and smells good. Elevator is very fast. The location is superb as it was right next to a mall and commute is also easy as you can ride a jeepney and mini bus to your location with ease. Near market too! The guards are nice and pleasant also. The room we booked is spacious, the bed is soft and you wont have problems with cleanliness as you can always ask for house keeping 🥰

I just hope shower heads are being maintained.

The staff at Go Hotels Iligan were exceptional! We were greeted every day walking in and out of the hotel by everyone including security, reception and housekeeping staff. A very welcoming and inviting atmosphere, embodying true warming Filipino hospitality. Our rooms also included a huge bed which was very unexpected at such a great price for our room and made our stay even more comfortable!

Convenient location right next to Robinson's Place mall. Presenting your room card to enter mall allows you to skip ID + vaccination proof check at the door! Great value + staff service - helped to arrange for: Laundry (picked up + delivered by local laundromat) Hot water on request(no kettles in rooms) Food deliveries allowed.

Bathroom facilities could be cleaner, drainage could be improved on (water frequently made its way out of the shower quite easily. At least one room's toilets don't have proper sloping so water just fills the floor unable to drain if you use the bidet gun. There was often a smell from the bathroom drains. Some traces of mildew especially on the shower heads. Sheets often had ink marks.

I didn't know there's a breakfast.

What was wrong is the shower. When you open the shower there wasn't anything that blocked the water flowing outside the bathroom door that it flooded on the floor. That was the only serious safety issue, slip and fall.

The room didn't feel small. Plenty of storage and there's a phone to contact them for any concerns.

The aircon randomly changes its temperature even though I set it to a specific number. I wish there were blinds on the window of the toilet area because in the morning it's too bright. Or at least something to cover the comfort room so light doesn't reach the bedroom.

Very convenient location right next to Robinson's mall. The staff are very friendly and the security seems vigilant which is good given the history of unrest in the country. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable with a good shower.

The rooms are a little inconsistent. I've stayed in 3 so far and they were all very different in size. Some had ample space to hang / store clothes, others had none. The size of the shower also varies although the power / quality of the shower is the same. Windows could do with a bit of a clean since the frequent rain seems to leave quite a bit of water marking.

I love the location; it's right by the mall so anything / everything I needed was nearby. I also love how big the beds are, to the point that it takes up so much space. I also love that there is a little lounge area on our floor with a table and chairs and water. The view from the 5th floor was also beautiful. Staff was super friendly; they will hold your luggage for you, if needed.

There isn't an option to have a late check out, unless you want to pay to have it until 6pm. Water bottles in the lobby are not free; I wasn't aware of this.

The room is quite large for the cost per night, with a comfortable bed, and clean facilities. No bottled water provided because a water dispenser is in the hallway to provide drinking water. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. Location near a shopping mall and transport links also very nice.

Mall noise can seep into the room, and the hallway is not noise-damped. Conversations and equipment being moved around can be heard inside the room.

Everything. Lovely room and attentive staff all very helpful and kindly organised my laundry and saved me another room for my return following week.

Good, convenient location next to Robinson mall. Great service from front desk and staff. Grab recently started operating in Iligan city, also helpful.

Gatherings at function hall were too loud. Air conditioning also seemed louder than previous visits. Kettle didn't appear to be cleaned properly.
