The staff and the breakfast were amazing. Cennet welcomed us like family. There’s a very cute and relaxing courtyard where you can have tea and coffee anytime. Our room was huge. The hotel is located right next to the castle and walking distance to several restaurants. I would absolutely stay there again.

It was complicated to find and the GPS took us down some extremely narrow streets. We were lucky to get one of the few hotel parking spots so we left our car parked there for 2 days and took taxis everywhere so we didn’t lose our spot. The hotel is located in an old historic building but after the initial shock we liked the high ceilings and big rooms.

The room was spacey, the beds were comfortable. There was free water in the room. Bathroom ok, WiFi ok. The object is surrounded by a wall. Inside is a garden. Parking is in front of the house outside the object. Breakfast was great. One of the ladies in the kitchen was very welcoming and friendly.

The address is confusing. The hotel itself gives you an address with the street number 6 but at the hotel building itself is the number 13. To make matters worse, the photo in booking.com shows the building from inside. The hotel from outside looks totally different. It was a bit confusing and we drove in circles several times to find the hotel. Um

The location of the hotel was great. We can almost get everywhere by walking. The staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, especially the woman working in the kitchen was so cute and kind to us. The room was clean, and traditional, but a little bit dark. The yard which is a part of the hotel was very cosy and quiet, you can even get out of the room to drink coffee or tea in the yard. Overall I would give 9.8 out of 10.

The woman preparing breakfast was a delight! I was tired from the night before so woke up a little late and see came to my room to check if I still wanted breakfast (it was 20 mins before the end of the breakfast time). I don’t speak much Turkish and she spoke no English but somehow with smiles and kindness we understood each other. I felt as if I was staying in someone’s home. When I left she even gifted me with a little soap as a present. I would wholeheartedly recommend to stay there

The rooms are a little small and they allow people to smoke in them so my first room smelt of smoke. But they quickly changed it for me. It would be better if they didn’t allow smoking in the rooms.

The room was cozy and the adjacent bathroom was in a space the size of the room next to it. The breakfast was huge, real Turkish. The location is great, less than 5 minutes walk to the Kale and the Çarsi, there is a spatious courtyard where you can enjoy the breeze and shadow.

Parking space could be better.

Very helpful staff and owner, nice traditional breakfast and beautiful surroundings. It is located in one of the most popular areas of the city right underneath the castle

There was a power outage for almost a whole day but that wasn't a fault of the hotel, the whole area had a power outage issue.

Beautiful old building near to Gaziantep Castle and centrally located for the old town and Copper Bazaar. Wonderful friendly welcome from Janette and fabulous Turkish breakfast - you need to ask for their homemade chips! Lovely big courtyard to relax in and always a warm welcome when coming in after sightseeing. Furnishings simple but adequate.

Jeanette met us as we arrived with a big smile and very warm welcome. She and the other staff provided warm and helpful hospitality throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious. Tea was available throughout the day and evening. Great place and people.

Location at the Kale end of the old city was perfect, close to great dining and historical items of interest. Parking attendant was great, the breakfast crew was so friendly, and we had a great sense of privacy and attentiveness at the same time. A/C, fresh cold bottled water as much as you could drink! Neat little courtyard.

Very centrally located in a beautiful restored konag. Friendly staff and excellent service. Very little English, but we communicated very well. It was our second time staying hete and we will again. The staff makes you feel like family.
