Proximity to two great golf courses was exceptional with pick up at the door. Shuttle bus to local shops. The bar and restaurant service was excellent with a reasonable breakfast at a good price.

Lack of flexibility regarding early check-in. I contacted the hotel to request an early check-in as I had been travelling for 48 hours. I was happy to pay extra for the service and it was confirmed by email. When I arrived I was told no that check in was 2 pm, even though I showed them the confirmation. The main difficulty with this hotel is that only one person at reception can speak and read English proficiently. Therefore many arrangements that were made got lost in translation on change over of staff.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights to attend an event nearby. Large, rather anonymous, hotel with golf course and olympic size swimming pool. Ample parking space. Large air-conditioned room with balcony. Good selection of breakfast choices with fresh eggs made to order.

The bathroom was large, well equipped and generally nice, but a renovation wouldn't hurt as it begins to show its age. Hotel hosts events with loud music, but they always stop the music at ten sharp.

Beds were super tough and hard. Also tennis court hire wasn’t included with your stay. $15 + Aus to use the courts which were in such bad condition and somewhat unsafe to play properly

A very nice hotel and in a good location. You will definitely need a car to get around though. Supermarkets and restaurants are all close by, but I wouldn't suggest walking (it's too damn hot to walk) Large spacious rooms, which are clean and comfortable.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room, but they offer a coffee shop in the lobby. I know it's a culture thing, but all the saluting and opening every door for me felt so uncomfortable. It's just a me problem, so nothing bad about the hotel and staff.

The cleanliness and reception staff was very cordial. Flexiable allowed 1 hour extra for late check out. For near by Industries very convenient for business meetings,

The Refrigator inside was empty, it could have loaded with some stuffs both complimentry and chargeable for late checkin passengers.

Spacious bed rooms and living room, with wonderful golf course view. The swimming pool is nice. Breakfast is also good. Tennis court and badminton court rental available. Will bring rackets if stay again.

The bottle of drinking water provided is too small. 600ml is more reasonable.

Located directly on Bangkok Golf Club - AMAZING Fitness Center - I have approximately 1800 hotel nights in my lifetime, and I have never seen this extensive of a fitness center. Shuttle to local grocery and pharmacy if needed

Very limited restaurants in close proximity. You will have to drive or grab to get anyplace descent.

Breakfast is basic, good value for an eastern breakfast, with filtered coffee.

Poor communication between golf course administration and hotel administration. Where MBK owns all three hotel, Bangkok golf club and Riverdale GC, I would suggest they have a central administration that ensures excellent communication and more importantly great value for in-house golf guests? Unfortunately it was better value for me to book externally thru golf booking websites. Which would be a negative value add to commit to stay in house. When in effect my booking procedure was seen as a burden to both Golf admin and Hotel admin.

The room was very spacious, exactly what we were hoping for. The view of the field was nice to see. And the room service food was great. The location is convenient if you want somewhere quiet but still want easy access to the city area.
