-Go to accomodation everytime I watch concerts. Walking distance to Thunder Dome and Impact Arena. - Buffet breakfast was good. - Has good nearby restaurants next to it.

-We have checked in really late since our flight got delayed and we already booked beforehand for an extra bed. Only to find out that they haven't prepared it yet. Staff who checked us in said it's ok to go to the room but when we went there the staff was just about to make and prepare the extra bed. - Staff was helpful and all but would be good if the room has already been prepared. We were hoping that we could rest after a tiring flight has been delayed and it was already late at night but still a good stay.

Location is next to the concert venues. Very good stay overall, very comfortable. Staff are very nice and polite. Wifi is pretty good too. The cleaning is excellent. They don't waste room amenities and give them out to rooms wisely. Shower is easy to use with warm to hot to cold water available at all times and is strong enough to use for shower, and there's an overhead shower too. Toilet is easy to flush, sink and basin area has enough space to put other cleansing items. Soap smells great. Beds are comfortable, given two pillows for each individual. The sofa bed is incredible too and the TV has chrome cast in it so you can play youtube videos anytime without much trouble by connecting using the TV code or just through pressing the play YouTube on TV option.

When there was a shut off of electricity suddenly they could have informed us through a note or something. Continued stays cut off the cards and WiFi access even though we did tell the staff earlier to check the cards etc. Windows can't be opened slightly if the aircon is suddenly turned off due to lack of electrical power and mirrors are far from normal sunlight (can't makeup well under orange light) -> however still not a big deal, just bring your own mirror in the future. Dislike the scent of the lobby. Toilet's handle bars are thick so you need to bring larger hooks to hang your shower items.

Amazing location especially if you plan on attending a concert in Impact Arena - the hotel is directly across the street and has a tunnel that connects it to the venue's grounds including food outlets and a food court! A 7-eleven is also located right across the street. Staff were exceptional and professional. Special thanks to the front desk (Jacky!) for the warm welcome and very top-notch efficient service!

The location was excellent—walking distance from Thunderdome Stadium with overhead bridge access, making it perfect for concert-goers. But on the flipside, aside from its ideal location for events, the hotel doesn't offer much in the way of extra amenities or a unique atmosphere. The staff were very helpful; they promptly responded when I requested extra toiletries.

Door was quite heavy to pull.

Convenient access to relatives in pakkret. Very friendly, attentive staff. Very quick to respond to any issues we had in very. Prompt and courteous manner.

Sixth floor, disruptive activity, noise from the visiting soccers teams. Lack of ice machines on any floor. Perhaps the carpet could be better maintained.

Mostly everything. From how they welcomed me into the hotel with everything provided and all. I didn't have small changes on the first night and they immediately tried to help me change (they only had 20s when I needed 100s), even if it was a lot of work!

Walls were a bit thin as I could hear guests talking next door, and the pillows were softer than I'd like them to be. I'm not sure if it was my own mistake, but I lost 100 MYR in my bag (around 770 baht) that was left at the hotel throughout my stay. I only realised when I flew home and needed to pay for taxi... hopefully it's not the cleaning crew who took it but my own carelessness. If it was, then I'll have to consider it as a donation I guess, since I can't prove anything. So good tip, always take your money with you!

The Room was very clean and comfortable, the size of the room was as expected and ample space for my needs. The Bathroom shower is big and the layout is really good. The Staff is super helpful, skilled, friendly and i had a really awesome experience. The location of the Hotel is excellent if you want to go to the Impact Arena and surrounding areas are easily accessible. The parking on site or next door provides a safe environment. Thanks to the great and friendly staff and management!

Not many power plugs in the room so an adaptor will help if you have 3-4 devices to charge at the same time. The TV language was fixed set on Thai language which made it more difficult to navigate and use the TV. It is minor things that i didn't see as an issue though as everything was manageable.

The facilities were nice.

The breakfast was piss poor. Vegetarian fare was close to zilch. The staff does not have sense to keep the mixed vegetables tray next to non vegetarian dish. People while serving the adjoining non veg dish were dropping the non vegetarian stuff on the mix vegetables. Poor thinking and shows lack of respect for others. Huge cultural issue. Staff had to be reminded to keep water bottles in the room and also the house keeping staff had to be told to clean well. The washroom had a or Iliad smell.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is right across the street from the IMPACT arena, easily walkable.

The breakfast buffet was only average. I've had much better buffets at hotels at this price point in Thailand and Vietnam so I was a little disappointed. The hotel is a little far from other restaurants in the area so it required a fair distance to walk unless you ate at the hotel or took a Grab somewhere.

I attended BTS Agust D D-Day tour concert in Bangkok recently which was held at Impact Arena. It is very close to the venue and it is easier for me to commute from the hotel to the venue which is just a walking distance. Recommended to all concert-goers as it is close to the Impact Arena. They also had variety choices of food for breakfast buffet especially HALAL food options for MUSLIM. It is also has a bridge connection to the nearby attraction such as shopping mall and bazaar. We had few free drinks for ARMY , access card with SUGA's pic and other BTS related decoration. We felt very welcomed and the place feels like home to the ARMY. Good Job.

Need to put more English-speaker staff as we had a little bit trouble to communicate.
