The place was very close to Impact Arena, just a 10 to 15 minute walk, which made it incredibly convenient for us concert-goers. The owner was very accommodating — even though our flight was delayed and we arrived the next day at 3 AM, they still welcomed us without any issues. The space itself was very spacious and relaxing; we went straight to bed and slept comfortably right away. It’s ideal for four people, and since there were only two of us, it felt especially roomy and comfortable.

No major issues so far. Providing amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer would be a helpful addition for future guests, but it wasn’t a big concern for us.

booked the apartment because I'm attending a concert at Impact Arena, if you don't have business around impact, might look somewhere else because the access around might be troublesome. the area is near DMK airport, and only took me less than 30 minutes to arrive at the airport. you will get asked for a deposit on your first day, but they will return the money when you check out. the room is quite big so you can share it with 2/3 person, they provide water bottles, extra blankets, and pillows. There is a 24-hour supermarket and 7-11 across the building, a food court inside Cosmo Bazaar, and everything is within walking distance. the bathroom is average Southeast Asian size so it might be small for others but overall it's quite a good experience, the staff was super helpful and can be contacted through line/WhatsApp. overall I had a good time, so thank you very much Khun Dan for the help

I was there for a concert in Impact, the location is amazing! For starters, Impact is only 15mins walk away. Along the way there are shops such as 7-11 and there's even a hypermarket opposite that operates 24/7. It was very convenient for me to get food and essentials. Mr. Dan is very friendly and helpful, the bulbs in my room blew out at night. I contacted him immediately and he came to help repair them fast. The room only provided towels and toilet rolls as the amenities but its okay for me, as other items can be purchased from convenient shops. Definitely recommend if you are going to concerts in Impact!

The location is only near to Impact, its far away from central city of Bangkok, about 1 hours' drive.

Our apartment T9 was facing Aeon Max Value and Cosmo Bazaar. The Aeon was 24 hours and it was super convenient for us. There is a self laundry service in front of our lift which we used countless of times there. Halal food can get at Cosmo Bazaar KFC besides KFC the nearest will be at impact hall and pakkret ( but yes its a bit challenging to get halal food here) From impact hall is only 5-7 mins walk if you use shortcut, if not its 11 - 15 mins which is also not bad as well. To Pratunam without traffic is only 20 mins ish. But with high traffic it can be 40 mins- 1 hour. So usually we will go after peak hour which is around 7.30pm or 8pm. Overall if you have an event at impact hall this is the most convenient place to stay.

There is no iron and rice cooker or any stove for cooking. If this is an issue for you, feel free to bring from home. But there is a microwave that we frequently use to reheat 7E foods. The roads are small so if you are renting a van as your transport they are unable to pickup at the lobby so you have to walk with your luggage. If you are looking for a massage place, this isnt for you. There is one message place that is not convenient at all, it is small so they always close early at evening. For massage go to pratunam for a better price and service.

The check in and out was pretty smooth, we reached the place around 8pm and was able to get in our place less than half an hour later. The reception was a tiny shop front so you have to pay attention to the number (11), in front of the store was two small zebra statues. Place was very clean with lots of natural sunlight, making us feel safe and comfortable. There were many water bottles provided jn the fridge! Best was the location, 15 minutes walk to the Impact Challenger. 3 minutes walk to Cosmo Bazaar which was right across the road. 7 eleven, Watson, Eon, SF cinema and a large delicious food court was all within reach. We had a pleasant stay!

The bed and pillows were a little hard (we slept on top of the comforter) and the toilet flooded if you take too long of a shower.

I choose this place solely because I attended a concert at Impact Challenger Hall. So, this accommodation is pretty near to the location. I like how close it's (walking distance to the concert venue), in front with AEON MaxValue. Even if you're Muslim, easy to find ready to eat Halal food at the supermarket or 7Eleven. If need to find halal meal, still a Grab away... There's some that's nearer, need to do research for it.

Quite far from the main Bangkok city. But since it's not my main concern so, all is good.

The room is bigger than I thought, it's very clean and comfortable to stay (not hot), nearby us Cosmo bazzar and aeon mall 24h so don't worry if you come back late and want smt to eat. The staff is not very good at English but very helpful. It's only 10 min walk to Impact stadium so if you plan to go to a concert in here, this apt is for you

The bathroom is old, and no shampoo and shower gel available, but it's ok.

Stayed at this place for its close proximity to Impact Arena. I could walk back in 15 mins. Super close to a 24 hour 7/11 and Cosmo Bazaar. Lots of food options around. The room is quite spacious! Owner was easily contactable.

Bathroom is a bit cramped and had some cockroaches and spiders. Could do with some handwash as neither the kitchen nor bathroom had soap.

This is our second time staying at this condo and it was our first choice coming for the concert at Impact. The arena is a 10 minute walk and is super convenient. We were 4 people staying in a 2 bedroom condo and it was really comfortable. All the amenities are as mentioned and our stay was perfect, thanks to Dan. If you're attending a show at Imapact don't think twice and book this!

The place is very near cosmo bazaar and outlet stores. If u are planning to watch a concert /or any events at impact arena, this is a cheap and good value for ur money. This place is also near lots of food areas so u cant go hungry.
