Location: Walking distance to Phaya Thai stations -- BTS N2 Light Green line (2 stations from Siam/CEN station and Airport Rail Line (26 mins between airport to station). Do not recommend taxi/car as it is regularly very jam at the road in front of the hotel! Room: Stayed in Premier 2 Connecting Rooms. Free 2x bottles of water/pax. Strong aircon but can be turned off if too cold. Spacious room and toilet! Breakfast: Good selection, ~1/3 of breakfast buffet selections are different every day. Reception: Front Desk Officer BAS was very courteous and friendly! Superb check in service!

Need to place a refundable deposit of THB 2000 (or your country currency) for each day of stay. You can use cash (they seal your cash in an envelope) or credit card (~1 month to be refunded, may incur credit card exchange rate/fee losses). Recommend to have choice of pillow hardness in room.

Personal is very polite and helpful. Location is convenient - in the center of the city, close to the airport express train stop. Maybe a bit far from attractions. The room is spacious and clean enough. Breakfast dishes are diverse, the choice is broad.

I had a pre-paid reservation and was requested to provide for a deposit at arrival, which was a surprise (there was no information about it during booking). However, it took just couple of minutes to sort this out (THB is not the only option, USD also possible), and the deposit was safely returned during checking out.

Great breakfast every morning with plenty of options. Room was spacious for family of four. Location was fantastic for the Phaya Thai BTS station nearby. BTS easy to get around main destinations. Staff also assisted in arranging a driver for local tourist destinations.

Renovations were being done and the paint smell was a little off putting.

We have been returning to the Sukosol over the past two decades and always look forward to the service, breakfast and a familiar place to stay. Our rooms had a connecting door which was very useful when travelling with an elderly relative to give us and them the security and peace of mind. We enjoyed the vast array of the breakfast offerings, with Asian and Western tastes catered for amply. Location is always a factor when choosing a hotel and while we did not use the airport link this time we made good use of the Skytrain links from Phaya Thai into the main shopping area and of course Siam and the food court.

A little of noise from the road below at the front of the hotel from the room (6th floor) but nothing to worry about.

Extremely clean and well-maintained hotel. The pool and the walking distance to Paya Thai BTS station and Airport link is a big plus. Friendly staff and plenty of breakfast options in a side street next to the hotel. Shopping mall nearby (Century The Movie plaza w. dircect access from/to BTS station Victory monument. Many airlines use the hotel for their crews - they know why.

Organizing a meter taxi through the concierge was a bit of a drag. The driver wanted to rip us off (initial price 300 THB for a 15-minute-ride) and we had to bargain with him before getting into the car. I would expect a good concierge to tell the drivers to turn on the meter or f*** off immediately. PS It was not midnight and there was no rain

Very close to both BTS Phaya Thai station and the ARL Phaya Thai station. Staff was great. The room is starting to show some age but otherwise met every of our expectations.

1.The disagreement on the room -we were group of 3 but they provide a room of 2 queen beds which its small beds and not comfortable for 2 - the hotel offered another room but really small instead of adding bed to our booked room 2. Booking confirmed the pickup from airport and the hotel didn’t

When I booked the hotel, I messaged them via booking.com that we will arrive around 3am due to the late arrival in Bangkok and they were responsive to my messages. It was a smooth and fast check in, and they even set up the 3rd bed that I requested prior to arrival. I told the front desk (Bas) that it was my mom’s 70th birthday and the following day they set up a towel cake in the room. The room was exceptional every time we arrive from a tiring day exploring Bangkok! The bed was soft and pillows are heavenly! You can sleep tightly and comfortably, without any issues. The bathroom and toilet are exceptionally lit and clean. Buffet breakfast is sumptuous. You are greeted by the lovely staff. All your of the front desk staff are very accommodating and friendly especially Mr. Bas. I will highly recommend The Sukosol Hotel to my Family, friends and even take initiative to advertise this to my social media accounts. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. We will definitely come back!

Only one thing issue in our room is that the bidet or shower is leaking which we mentioned to the front desk. Else its all good.

The rooms are very spacious with modern facilities, including the bathrooms. Location is also very easy to access.

The breakfast menu was too limited, and tasted was not really good.
