The first thing that suprised me from the first step in the hotel is the hospitality, kidness and warm smile from Mr Shebin. He explained everything that I need not more nkt less,he saw I was a little bit in rush and had to leave. Always greed me with a smile and kindess. Appreciate it! It's important for me Really like that I had a table for work in my room, and the room was clean by itself, extensive and bright.O,and teapots. I had a good quality teapot, not the cheapest and low quality stuff for guests. Tea,coffee and snacks were a good complement from hotel Love it😇
It's a bit old. My room where I stayed if it had a renovation and paint with white color would look even better. But other things are okay. Cant complain

Hotel was cleaning, staff were very accommodating. Beds were comfortable, with great shower and clean bathroom. Very well done for an older sale Hotel. Only possible issues was, could use some additional lighting, and a continental breakfast would really add value. Enjoyed my stay, for business.
Parking was ok, at the front of hotel. Additional parking was around the side and back, however it was dark and not overly inviting.

Staff were very helpful from answering my questions before I booked to ordering a taxi and helping with my laundry, Michelle, Raj, Shamin, and Akeel (I hope I got names right and I know I missed 2 people) were just top notch customer service
Water pressure in shower 3rd floor was like a light drizzle - annoying! And regular orange pekoe tea would have been preferred than earl grey which is not to my taste. Coffee was good and when asked received extra packets to make up for the tea.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel in a great location close to all of downtown. Quaint clean older hotel and very happy with the size of the rooms. I've never seen such a large room that wasn't a suite. Beds and linens lovely. Well worth the price I paid.
Only small issue was getting the TV to work.. but staff responded quickly and efficiently. I think better instructions writeup on TV use would be beneficial.

The hotel was amazing. There was a parking lot right out the back door. The room was exceptionally big with every thing you need. The beds were comfortable. The sitting area was big with comfortable chairs. The fridge was larger than most hotel fridges. The microwave worked well as did the coffee machine. There was a kettle, but we didn't use it. The internet was good. The bathroom was large and the shower had good pressure. The hotel even left a couple snacks for us.
The toilet was a little low so hard to get up if you have bad knees. We liked every thing else.

We actually returned for a further night which says in itself that we were more than satisfied with our stay. Our first night was on the second floor facing the street and our return in the 3rd facing the rear. The second floor room was definitely preferable but both were more than adequate. The rooms are standard type, big and everything works fine. No hesitation in staying again.
Real shame that places like this don't offer breakfast.

The room was really big with 2 large beds, hot shower / bath and products. The staff were really friendly and let us keep our bikes in a safe space where we could also do some maintenance on them. The location was near to everything. We enjoyed our stay here.
I didn't realise we had to request for our room to be cleaned the previous night but it didn't matter as the receptionist was happy to give us more tea bags and products.

Overall, a good stay. Big spacious room with two large comfy beds. Big bathroom with plenty of towels provided and a powerful hairdryer. Coffee maker and kettle plus microwave and fridge in the room. Great location in centre of downtown and free parking.
Disposable coffee cups in the room - proper mugs would have been nice. No plates or cutlery provided so microwave not much use. No shower gel provided, just little bits of soap. The hotel bar is closed down now.

The location is great right in the center of town walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Wi Fi is OK, room is large and good for a family with a child. Temperature control is a bit tricky but works non the less and we were able to get the room cosy and warm. Easy parking on the street.
Floors are very squeaky so every time one of us walked to the bathroom the noise was very noticeable and almost woke our son.
