Ningaloo Caravan and Holiday Resort is in a very convenient location and offers good value and friendly service. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful and the facilities are clean and well maintained. We stayed in a twin private room using the shared facilities which were simple and suited us perfectly as we were out and about all day enjoying this stunning part of Australia.

Only slight negative was that the private rooms tend to be a bit noisy. Funnily they have very squeaky floors so you can hear your neighbours up and about. The east (or main road) facing rooms also get a bit of early morning traffic noise. Not a huge issue though as most guests seem to be following a similar timetable and you are up early to make the most of all the wonderful tours on offer.

My teenage daughter and I loved everything. From the decent value for money to the amazing Camp kitchen, the pool that changed my world for a week and the convenience of being able to park so close to our room. Need I go on?..ok my morning coffee from the Cafe was epic and the made instore gelato after dinner every night was the icing on the cake. Thanks gang. We'll be back.

Occasional out of control kids at the pool doing bombies etc with no supervision. I became the mean old lady when I spoke up😝. Private room walls were paper thin and the wooden patio made for quite a rackett especially with kids playing chase around them. But you get that everywhere you go. Just lack of decent parenting I suppose.

We stayed at a studio apartment for 16 nights and had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was nice and functional, perfect for our needs. Really enjoyed the on-site restaurant and the BBQ area, which was great to use. Having a washing machine on the premises was super convenient, and the apartment also came with a large drying rack attached, which was a nice touch. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience.

The only downside was that we had to ask at reception for fresh towels instead of them being provided automatically after a few days.

The cabin had the essentials that we needed. The bed was comfy, bed linen was soft and comfy, shower was nice, nice big fridge and great air con as it was definitely needed with 40° days. We felt really comfortable in the chalet. The pool was only a 2min walk from the cabin. The pool was large and had plenty of chairs (needed a few more umbrellas though as it was very hot). The laundry was central and very convenient and easy to use.

Sometimes a sewerage smell coming from bathroom. The pool was always a warm temp and not cool.

Rooms were comfortable, facilities were super clean. Even when it was busy there was plenty of appliances in the kitchen to be able to use. Enjoyed the Cafe and the pool area.

The only thing I struggled with was how loud the rooms are. Every time someone in the next room rolled over, sneezed, walked around, had adult cuddles, i was woken up. The rooms were lovely and comfortable but you might as well be in a 10 person dorm for how loud it is at night. Not much sleep for me unfortunately

The communal kitchen was a fantastic idea. We really enjoyed being able to cook in there.

Our neighbours were very noisy - we had two groups that knew each other on each side of us and you could hear everything through the door - explicit language and keeping us awake. They decided they needed all the chairs on the verandah to hang their underwear, swimmers and towels and took our chairs as well. That's not anything on the property at all - just the one thing that really kind of marred our holiday there.

Clean room

We stayed for one night and slept in and receptionist called me about 5 times at 10 am asking if we ready to check out. We slept in accidentally and We knew check out is 10 am but after I asked if it’s okay if we checked out 20-30 mins later and apologised they said all good but kept calling me and asking when we can check out. We felt that we were rushed out extremely as the cleaners were outside our room 10 am waiting. We never experienced it in other places ever. Otherwise everything was else was amazing!

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I stayed in a small double room, then in a 2 bedroom chalet which was lovely. The pool was beautiful and so well maintained. Loved the cafe and restaurant too. Toilets and facilities were excellent.

The first night I stayed in a small double which was very comfortable room and clean however not well soundproofed. The floorboards creak badly (in this room and surrounding rooms) and you can hear every step that people make. Fortunately, once everyone has gone to bed it was quiet again.

It had the services we needed. We used the restaurant a couple of times. We washed our clothes. The shower was hot the studio had basic but working equipment. The staff were helpful and halfway through we had fresh towels The bedside lights and tables are handy. Liked the verandah.

The microwave knobs labels were worn off and took a while to figure out..but we did. Some fridge shelves were missing. Having only 2 cups. 2 glasses 2 spoons etc was a bit of drag..washing up constantly. The big cane chairs at the table made getting to the fridge or bathroom squashy. Smaller chairs would help.

Comfy and clean. Great camp kitchen.

Please choose a time during the middle of the day to close bathrooms for cleaning. There were a few of us desperately needing a wee at 6am and it was pitch black, meaning that actually finding the other bathroom was difficult. I’ve never seen bathrooms closed during peak hours at any other campgrounds/caravan parks I’ve been to.
