Makris is a nice place, the rooms are nice, it has a small but beautiful pool, is mostly peaceful and the staff is helpful.

The AC wasn't working properly. The pool only works till 6 pm and the best time for the pool is in the evening and night. We were there two days and there wasn't room cleaning. I think it's pretty pricy for a place in Leptokaria without breakfast and sunbeds on the beach.

The hotel was very clean, with a beautiful little pool where we spent our afternoons. The rooms were very clean and comfortable (they are cleaned daily, and the bed linen and towels are changed regularly). The location is perfect—very close to the beach and the town center. The hostess was very kind, checking in with us every day to see if we needed anything, and as a gesture of hospitality, she sent us a bottle of wine, which was very thoughtful of her. Her daughter is also a very kind and lovely girl. From now on, Marquis will definitely be our choice. Thank you so much for everything ❤️

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and spotless. The staff were very friendly and professional – always ready to help with anything I needed. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy The hotel is in a great location, close to Shops and restaurants. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Evrything has been amazing. Staff is amazingly friendly, always ready to offer you help and give you advice. We booked 2 Rooms. Both of them have been spotlessly clean and spacious. We have asked for a small present in one of the Rooms and is hasnt been a problem to get it. Our Rooms have been cleande every day, even of we didnt ask for it. Would highly reccomend everyone to book this place. We are allready looking forward to come back next year.

Amazing Stay at Makris Luxury Rooms! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Makris Luxury Rooms in Leptokaria, and it was an unforgettable experience. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to various restaurants and shops. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Special thanks to Kelly and her mom, Katarina, for their warm hospitality. The amenities at Makris Luxury Rooms are top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the private balcony with stunning sea views and the well-maintained swimming pool. Overall, our stay at Makris Luxury Rooms exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Leptokaria and look forward to returning in the future.

I liked the fact that is quiet either during the day or by night. The room had a pool view, which was nice. The pool is on the smaller side, but it does the job of cooling you pretty well in the hot summer evenings/nights. The staff was always helpful (thank you again for your continuous support during our stay) and with a smile on their face.

Not a big one but...the room we had was designed for people with disabillities, we enjoyed the extra space, but since the shower had no glass, all the water from the shower got in all the bathroom needing constant swiping. As I understood, all the rooms provide more or less the same situation so.. Other than that, nothing.

Fantastic new and modern hotel. Rooms were well equipped, safe and comfortable. The host of the hotel were very courteous, very accommodating and extremely helpful. The owner went out of her way to locate medication for my sister and bought it to the room. She assisted in getting parking for our van. The hospitality was tremendous, it made us feel the true Greek filotimo.

Small hotel, very clean and good positioned, clsed to the beach and main street in Leptokarya. On top of that, very nice owner, always ready to help, give advices or simply to chat about small things.

Spotlessly clean. Near beach and town centre but in a quiet location. Friendly and helpful staff made us feel like at home. We just got home after staying 3 week in Makris Luxury Rooms and we can't wait to come back again next year. A special big thanks to Katarina, whose hard work keeps everything running smoothly, Kelly at the pool, who always greets you with a smile, Eleni on the front desk who was always so helpful and all the Makris family who made our stay so special.

Modern, comfortable apartment considered great value for money. Lift access to all floors was welcome. Great facilities with pool and within very easy walking distance of the beach and markets. The host was very welcoming and we received a complimentary bottle of wine from their vineyard. Would definitely recommend.
