I like actually everything there. The apartment was in a perfect location, just 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and 3 minutes from the super active part of Hanioti where you can find many restaurants and cafes. Despite the fact, that the apartment was close to the active part, it was super calm in the evenings and we didn't hear any nose in the apartment during the night. What was surprising for me, that they were cleaning the apartment every day, this I was not expecting at all. But was really a nice surprise.

The apartments are brand new and gorgeously decorated. Feels very upscale coastal but still cozy. The host was very welcoming and made sure we are situated okay. She also sent a list of local restaurant and beach club recommendations which made our stay a breeze. The apartments are on they pricier side, but the value for money is great. There is also branded towels, sheets, comforters- list of thought went into how everything looks and feels. The apartments are exceptionally lit, and there various mood lights, so you can easily create the mood you want. We had a private patio with a lemon tree, which was great for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The bathroom was also great- especially the rainfall shower. There is also a private parking lot on the property with a remote electronic gate, so you don’t have to worry about searching for a spot. During our stay, a car got hit while parked on the street, so we were really glad we had a private parking area! Another thing that exceeded expectations was the exceptional wifi- the signal was so strong our phones would connect from several streets over.

It’s very centrally located so there is tons of activity outside of the property. If you’re looking for a peaceful and quiet location, this may not be it. We wanted to be in the center of everything and walk everywhere so this was perfect. Also the noise control inside the apartments is great.

Apartment on the ground level in the corner. Very clean, pleasant and enjoyable garden, comfortable and big beds. Host was kind, professional and responsive. Very close to big Masutis market and Lemoni bakery. 5-10 mins walk to center of Hanioti and to the sea. Overall recommend and would come back.

Small kitchen. Because apartment is adjusted to people with handicap, as we thought, there is no shower cabin, so water can be spread in most of the bathroom. Street next to the apartment is surprisingly noisy from many cars that pass by from around 20-23h

The Apartments are really very nicely decorated. We very much enjoyed the large terrace on the two ground floor Appartments and the beautiful garden. Anastasia and her Father were great hosts and the housekeeping was excellent.

Hanioti itself has a nice core city, good restaurants and bars. However the beachfront in the town itself wasn't really to our taste - which doesn't Matter too much, as very nice beaches are 5-10min with a car away.

The location of the apartment is great. Anastasia is very attentive and always ready to help. As soon as we checked in, she wrote me if everything was ok, and if she could help us somehow. The apartment was cleaned every day. We really enjoyed staying at Minthi❤️ I recommend this hotel!

Everything was fine.

Very nice modern apartments, comfortable and very clean. Very close to the main road, and 3 minutes walking to the Hanioti center.

Everything was perfect. The bathroom is huge and modern, Just I was missing one cabinet where I can live my cosmetics

The design of the appartment is very stylish, modern and practical, you have a socket absolutely everywhere, and you have everything that you woll need for a comfortable stay even for longer period. A Nespresso Coffee machine, a BT and CD player, wide screen HD TV with channels and Netflix, personalized bathrobes and towels changed every day, a very functional kitchen with a stove and air extractor, and you have all the kitchennete you need for preparing many kinds of food at home. With one word, you will feel like home. It located on a walking distance from the best beach bars in Chanioti, and from the village center The owner, Anastasia, is very friendly, helpful and accurate for anything you need.

Not the best option if you want to cook something for breakfast - kitchen area is small and located in the middle of the premises, e.g. if you open the fridge then nobody can pass by you.

First of all the owner is the best! Friendly, polite and always available to help us. The room was as you see in the pictures, cosy and beautiful. It has everything that you need and it’s always clean. The small garden in front with the chairs is perfect to have a coffee or breakfast when you wake up in the morning. A big plus for us is the peaceful atmosphere!

Clean and top quality apartment , great outside area , bathroom and small kitchen space all fine. Beds extra comfy. The host was always on hand and had lots of tips of where to go to explore the wider area. The apartment was on the edge of Hanioti so great to drive out to quieter places.

Located next to one of the main roads into the town so cars all the time in peak season , affecting the outdoor space for the apartment on the corner with noise and smell.
