This apartment worked well for the two of us for a long weekend (four night) stay. It was well located on a quiet tree-lined street. Several restaurants were just around the corner and plenty in the larger neighborhood (within a 5-10 minute walk). Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Everything in the apartment was clean and in good working order. Bathrooms and showers were comfortably sized with plenty of hot water. Furnishings were basic, modern and well-maintained. The small street-facing balcony was nice for sitting with coffee or making a call. Beds were comfortable. WIFI was fine. Getting the door code was fine and easy to figure out. Air conditioning was nice to have. The apartment was very comfortable for the two of us; might be a little cozy for four.

Had a small problem with entering a code for the in-room safe, but the front desk gave us a physical key, so all was well. It would have been nice to have a daily ration of Nespresso cups for the in-room machine. We couldn't find the right size cups at the grocer, but a couple of coffee (and pastry) shops were right around the corner. Lighting over the table in the living/dining area could have been brighter. We were neither working nor eating in the room during our short stay, so the table lighting wasn't a big issue for us.

The location for this hotel is excellent. The setup of the space was very well thought out and we found everything in working order including an AC in each part of the unit. The kitchen was well supplied and adequate for cooking meals. Not very much street noise in my particular unit and also appreciated having the security guard. Wifi was excellent and dedicated to each room.

As mentioned in other reviews, you have to text the property manager for taking out the trash in the room. One time they said they would but didn't actually come without a reminder. I think it would just make sense for them to do it as a matter of course every other day if you are a longer stay. The amenities are as pictured but we found the bed a little hard and the hotel was adequate but lacking amenities like hand lotion, kleenex, etc.

It was very easy, however I did not get the code until about 1 hour before, and when traveling you don't always have internet available. So I would advise that they send the code a few hours before at least.

The apartments was a lot darker than I had expected, and it was missing a few things in the kitchen. However, this was not a deal breaker, it was good for what it was.

Fabulous location. Property is situated on a quiet street but in very convenient proximity to great shopping, museums and restaurants. In addition, the adjacent terrace was a real treat.

It was a bit cool at times during our stay and we could not seem to adjust the heat pump. However, we were promptly provided with a heater that made the room very comfy and perfectly fixed the issue.

Clean, quiet and in a safe area in Mexico City where you can find restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, cafés, apps and public transportation. As the whole neighboorhood is also a business area in the morning you can find it a bit noisy in the streets, that doesn't happen in ULIV Suites.

the lack of comunication with the reception, I filled out my check in forms and the guy in the main entrance didn't allow me to enter, I had to call to the company assistant to help me to tell this person that we already had made all the process.

I stayed there for a week for a business trip and really liked the property. It is in a great location in easy walking distance to Lincoln Park in Polanco and close to coffee shops etc. The room was clean and very spacious. Would definetely stay here again.

The laundry machine service onsite was great, but they are only washer/dryer combos and had some lint.

Great location, near a lot of restaurants, it had air conditioner which was a must for my husband. the facilities are the same as the pictures shown. My husband left 3 shirts and the airbnb manager was so helpful he even sent an uber to a friends house to deliver the tshirts. Also any time we need towels or toilet paper they will be there within 5 minute.

Excellent position far from the noise, but few steps away from restaurant and Lincoln park. The staff is very nice, always to support you when needed. The room was spacious and very clean. I have been here already a few times, and I will use Uliv Parque Lincoln again.

We got a code to get in the apartment! Great! No keys!!! Staff was very friendly - always staff at the lobby - and very friendly and helpful.

I think for the price paid - the host should provide enough coffee for the coffee machine -- AND instead of sets of two for silverware and plates, it should be sets of four.

Very safe with the guardian and a nice neighborhood. The apartment is super comfortable and well equipped.

The cleaning was only once a week or you had to pay extra. For how much it costs I would have expected it included every three days at least.
