Very good location for me. The Hotel is 3-5 walk just north of Gifu station and another 5min walk to a nightlife area, Tamamiyachō, which has plenty of bars and Izakaya’s and friendly locals. My room was clean and spacious, with many room amenities on offer at reception. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet varied both days with plenty of options to cater for everyone. I thought the food was really good and set me up well for both days I was visiting. This was a busy hotel which I liked the experience of. It’s fun squishing into a packed elevator in the morning. Breakfast is busy as there were many visitors or workers passing through, however, it didn’t affect my ability to eat breakfast as there’s plenty of room for everyone. The hotel does indicate that it can be very busy in the morning. I do not see this as a negative observation more of a fun experience. Would definitely stay here again when I travel back to Gifu City.

It might not be the most modern hotel, yet I got to experience daily transient worker life and really appreciated that. So…Nothing, no dislikes for me.

Breakfast was very nice. Liked that there were many parking lots nearby.

Parking was hard. I had to use my translator app to figure out how the remote lots worked. A warning or explanation would have been nice about how the lots work. As I was walking out of the lot that I originally parked in I noticed "12 hour max" so I moved to the next farther lot. Turns out that the first lot I chose closed down in the day for some sort of market.

Excellent front desk services. The employees here are warm and always helpful and help me to handle invoices problems. Also,the hotel is nice located near jr station, supermarket, and convenience store. The room is relatively small but clean and well-equipped. The breakfast is delicious. All, the hotel is business friendly for me.

maybe the laundry is busy all the time

The location of the hotel was ideal for travelling around the prefecture and local sites with easy access to the JR and Meitetsu train lines. The room was basic but comfortable and the breakfast was the same. Simple cereal, sausages, egg, bread, rice, yoghurt, etc. A convenience store was right outside the hotel for quick food, drink or whatever else was requried.

Unfortunately due to it being a winter month, the hotel AC was set to only provide warm air, so hot sleepers didn't get any relief as the windows were kept closed to keep out insects. The pillows provided were also rather solid and did take some getting used to. As standard in Japanese accomodation the bath was only big enough to sit in with legs crossed, not the most relaxing after a day of walking.

Good location, just 3-5 minutes walk from JR station, staff is nice and helpful, room is clean and quiet, breakfast is nice and simple. However, I think the price is slightly higher than usual during F1 weekend.

The location to two rail stations is very convenient. Hotel staff were both professional and courteous. Breakfast and access to refreshments and reading materials is a nice offering.

We experienced a false fire alarm and we’re asked to evacuate. I believe that the smoke detector was activated by steam from the bathroom.

Convenient location opposite train station. Good restaurants nearby. Reasonable breakfast selection. Very quiet room.

Not enough storage space in the room.

Easy check-in, three-minute walk from the train station, Family Mart just next door, very good and easy accomodations.

One additional pillow on the bed would have been nice. The room had only one pillow.

Although the staff who helped me check in did not speak to me in English, she was extremely clear and patient while I tried to understand her. She made my experience checking in smooth and easy. Also, the room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and had a great view of the station!

Not having the option to turn on the air conditioner was the only downside (it's the winter season). My room was in an upper floor, and even with the heater off, the room was too warm and stuffy. I also wasn't allowed to open the window.

Very good location and breakfast.

The elevator should be more restricted so that everyone can not go up.
