Room was extremely well refurbished very modern clean look with excellent facilities like the espresso machine and mini fridge. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was really nice to have a balcony. The staff were exceptional and so attentive and helpful, they attended to all our needs and were so welcoming. They answered all our questions and always asked if it was okay to go in our clean our room everyday. The cleaners did a wonderful job we always came back to a made bed and fresh towels. The old fashioned lift with the music is something we really loved giving a little bit of Greek culture.

The toilet seat didn't quite fit the toilet well. Shower didn't drain that well so had to remove plug.

Alexandros is a perfectly located hotel, at the center of Giannitsa, at a walking distance from all amenities (restaurants, shops, bus station) and cultural landmarks (do not miss the Mausoleum of Gazi Evrenos). The rooms are modern, very clean, well-equipped and very comfortable (especially the beds!), and the staff is very polite and attentive to detail. Great quality and great value for money.

Modern tidy room with good facilities located right in the heart of the town.

Surrounding streets are undergoing reconstruction so lots of disruption and difficult road access to hotel. Quite noisy during the day with construction works

The room doesn't really have cupboards or much to put the clothes. It's ok for a few days but for a longer stay it's more complicated. But we mamanged! :-)

Comfortable room, large well équipped bathroom, everything was great. The staff were nice and helpful.

Very central hotel of a high standard

Parking was tight but was outside the hotel in a busy location. This is a positive as well as a negative point!

The location was very central, close to shops, restaurants and night life.

Very good location right in the center of the town of Giannitsa. Very close to restaurants, cafes and shops. Hotel was very quiet and, overall, a good value for our 2-night stay (3 of us in the room). The room had AC, which is a must in the summer in Greece. Also, the room was equipped with a Nespresso machine for a quick cup of coffee!

The hotel does not offer any breakfast options. Although there are plenty of cafes nearby, it would have been nice to have the option for a small breakfast before starting our day.
