Clean large modern room with plenty of light. Our room looked towards the country side & mountains, with a nice balcony. We were on cycles so stayed there for beers at the bar & basic dinner. A modern well kept hotel. Very quiet & relaxed place away from any town, a good stop off before tackling the traffic of Thessilonika We paid extra for a good breakfast

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's family run, and we received a friendly welcome in English. The rooms are very well decorated and the whole hotel is exceptionally clean. We were tired and decided to eat from the 'snack' menu at the hotel. The food was really substantial and tasty. If you are passing this way, I really recommend staying here. The rooms are excellent value for the quality of the decor. The hotel is convenient for the main road but it is well insulated and you don't hear any noise.

A modern and well-maintained hotel in a quiet location on the outskirts of the town in the middle of cotton plantations. We used it to sleep one night and for another trip around Greece. Pella, where Alexander the Great was born, was only 10 minutes away by car. The room was also comfortable with a large balcony and seating area. Outdoor restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. The reception lady was nice, she provided the necessary information for visiting the town. Convenient and safe parking in the hotel courtyard.

There was a smell of cigarette smoke upon entering the room. It was very uncomfortable for us non-smokers. It was the first time on our many trips. When ordering, I recommend requesting a non-smoking room.

Everything was good to this hotel for one night. Nice balcony.

Well, the light on the balcony was not possible to switch off, which attracted quite a big amount of insects, so that no long sitting there. Power went suddenly off in the morning in our room only, but no problem at the time of leaving. Fried eggs on the breakfast buffet were quite cold at 8am.

Very nice and clean room and bathroom, nice view, good location near the local road with big parking. Very convenient for sleepover when traveling to southern or western Greece, because it is near highways, but still on quiet and isolated place.

Hotel is very nice, excellent service, super clean. We also had breakfast, which was convenient , in order not to search for the food around.

There are a lot of mosquitos around the property. Although the staff is doing everything to get rid of them, they are inevitable. We could not sit on our balcony.

Good looking room, we could tell it was recently renovated. The bathroom was the biggest surprise - we stayed here last year as well, and the bathroom was clearly outdated. But this year, the bathroom was completely remodeled and it gave a fresh breath of air to the entire room.

If you stay on the front-facing side, you risk having noisy people at the bar downstairs. However, we closed the balcony door and the noise level was better.

Hotel is perfect. Nothing to complain about. Clean, good breakfast and crew is top notch. I left in the room my engagement ring and they found it and gave it back to us. Thank you very much. We really appreciated it. ❤️

The Fillipos Hotel is a very clean and comfortable hotel with friendly, helpful staff. It is great value for money. While there is not much around the hotel itself (the restaurant was closed while I stayed there, though the hotel bar did offer some limited bar snack type food), the town of Halkidona is just 5 minutes drive away and has a reasonable choice of shops, restaurants and cafes. The town of Pella and its Archaeological Museum with its Archaeological Site (the main reason why most people would stay at the Filippos, I'm sure, since there are very few accommodation options in Pella itself) is about 15 to 20 minutes' drive away.

Although not ideally located, considering that there are very few other accommodation options, and the fact that Filippos Hotel is very clean, comfortable and excellent value-for-money, I have no complaints whatsoever!

We stayed for the night on our way to Lefkada. The location was perfect for us, as we didn’t stray much from our route. It’s not far from the highway, it’s easy to find, right on the main road, yet it was very quiet and it turned out to be a great place for resting. The room itself was very spacious, extremely clean and well-maintained, with a comfy bed. The hotel offers a large private parking, as well as a restaurant, where one can have a nice breakfast. Although our stay was a short one, we can only recommend the place, as it exceeded our expectations.
