The room is easily accessible, and parking is hassle-free. There’s plenty of space available around the building for parking. Additionally, guests can park at the open lot of the OneSalonica Outlet Mall, which is just a 2-minute walk away. As a complimentary touch, two espresso capsules, a selection of tea, and two bottles of water were provided—perfect for a refreshing start to your stay. Although the instructions mentioned that hot water would be available within 10–15 minutes after switching on the boiler, it took around 25 minutes for the water to heat up. The room was equipped with two air conditioners. However, despite the high temperatures in the city, there was no need to use them. A pleasant sea breeze naturally cooled the air, making the room comfortable even overnight without the need for air conditioning. There is a bakery nearby with opening hours at 6 a.m.

Our room faced a busy road with heavy traffic even at night, which unfortunately disrupted my sleep. The surrounding neighbourhood felt a bit unsettling, especially after dark. There are several old, abandoned buildings nearby, and most businesses operate only during the daytime, which made returning from the city at night feel a little uncomfortable. The property is located quite far from the White Tower—about a 30-minute ride on Bus 12. Tickets can be purchased directly on the bus or at the kiosk (trafika) in OneSalonica. The cost is €0.60 for a one-way trip.

The room is big, modern it has, comfortable beds. The kitchinette has everything needed. Balcony is big. Staff is very kind. Free parking is available at location. We also stayed here in June and we booked another stay for end of August, so we definitely love Elephant Suites

The location is not the best. However if you don't mind walking, you'll reach Aristotelos square in 20-25 min. Despite the fact that neighbourhood of Elephant suites does not look good, it is not dangerous at all.

Clean, modern interior and has everything you need. Close to the mall which has good food spots and cafes. Check-in process was straight forward Has Coffee pod machine and complementary pods

There were multiples towels that were arranged and rolled on the bed but unfortunately most of them were still damp /wet. The bed is made of 2 single beds as I could feel and edge in the middle but didn't bother me much. In all honesty I did not bother to tell the host as I only stayed for 1 night.

The appartment is new, and very nicely decorated/furnished. There is a big terrace, toilet is separated from the bathroom, big modern kitchen. Entering the building and appartment is contactless, with a pin code. Street is mostly quiet. Location is away from center, but near the shopping mall and a lot of street stores. Our stay was really comfortable in this suite. If you need something, response from support team is timely and helpful.

Getting hot water in taps and shower is a bit tricky. It's on demand. We didn't understand at first, but their support via booking helped us out. There is a switch to press when you want your hot water to be prepared in the system, so once light goes off, the water is hot.

As always, the apartment was tidy and comfortable. Parking right in front of the building was super convenient, and check-in/check-out was a breeze.

Just a couple of minor points: the kitchen faucet could use some quick fix, as it currently requires two hands to operate, and the freezer door didn’t close fully due to some ice build-up. These small issues didn’t affect our overall very positive experience.

The suite was clean and very comfortable. All the amenities that one would require for the stay were offered. Additionally, there were itinerary suggestions for the visit available. The check in -check out process was automated and the doors are on codes which makes it easy for travelling. The location was near an outlet mall and restaurant so there are food options. The location is about 30-40 minutes walk away from the town centre or you could take a bus (€0.90) from a few bus stops in the area. It was also right next to the event that we went to. There is a bus that takes you straight from the airport to a bus stop, which is a few streets away, for only €1.80.

The area seems a bit dodgy at night due to empty locked shops and garages, which isn't the hotel's fault. I would have liked to have a deadbolt or a chain on my door like in other hotels, especially because the main door, even though it was on a separate code, was never locked.

We liked that everything was automated for the check in only with codes, no keys needed. The room had a very pleasant design, it was very spacious, good value for the price paid, but I guess it was also out of the tourist season. There was a public parking very close which looked free. The location is not very central, bu we didn't look for a central location either.

The neighborhood with it's neighbor were not so friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at Elephant Suites. Room was clean, kitchen was well equipped, we also had a terrace where we had our breakfast. The biggest pro if you come with a car is the public parking place. There are a lot of parking places on the property street. It is a great advantage because I noticed it to be a problem in Thessaloniki since people park their cars in 2 rows. The entrace system is very modern, with codes, now worring about losing your keys.

It is a bit far from the city center, like 20 minutes walking, but we enjoyed these walking because we explored the city more.

Easy access. Great staff. Plenty of free parking sport on the street around the location. Big lounge. It had an elevator. Coffee machine with capsules. Good location for transit.

The floor had some issues. We had to press a button with 10-15 min before taking a shower and the hot water wasn’t enough for 2. In the room faceing the main road you could hear the traffic

There are plenty of free street parking around the building. Furniture was new and room was comfortable. Overall it was not excellent but a decent stay.

Location is close to the city center but its not walking distance if you have a kid. Taxi cost 5 euros to city center. Cleaning could have been better, there were some hair on the floor and the fridge was not operational.
