All employees are young, dynamic and social people that makes you very welcome in this hotel. The breakfast (buffet) is great and delicious and you can enjoy it as well outside at the backside of the hotel. Refreshing (small) pool on the top level.

A pity that you had to pay 20€ for a bed at the pool; makes no sense for such level of hotel to charge you. Also a pity that some people at the reception spoke poor English and were not aware/informed about arrangements made through booking.com. Hence, wander if the communication in booking.com might be AI?! Rooms are too small (23m²), especially for 3 adults.

The Hotel exceeded my expectations! It is a very clean and modern hotel. The room had all the amenities, including free coffee and tea. It also has underground parking! I especially want to mention the reception staff, Dimitris and his colleague, very welcoming and professional workers! They are very kind and made my arrival at the hotel trouble-free. I also had my dinner at the rooftop restaurant. The food was delicious, delivered fast. The breakfast is fantastic, with many choices even for vegans. One of the best hotels in Thessaloniki. Strongly recommended! My congratulations to the owners and all the staff of the hotel !

Close to the city center, modern apartments, decent breakfast.

No parking place, despite what they advertise, but we expected this, reading the comments on Booking. Rude reception staff, the lady let us expecting 15 minutes in the middle of the check-in process, just to argue with one bulgarian tourist about the parking place, because her collegue who accomodate that tourist, didn't speak a decent english. We reserved a room with a sofa and it wasn't prepared, the cleaning lady came into our room without knocking. We asked for gluten free bread and we receveid 2 slices of the worst bread possible. Bad sound proofing on windows and doors.

This is a really lovely hotel. The staff is fantastic. Breakfast is excellent. The roof bar is lovely. The neighborhood is not great, but the city is not huge so you can certainly walk to the port, the old town, etc, although, to be honest, it's not a joyous walk. However, uber and taxis are very inexpensive and the hotel is really lovely. So you just have to weigh what is most important to you. And they have wonderful dog beds!

Location. It's very convenient if you're taking the train somewhere, but otherwise, it's a bit of a hike to the center of town. Also, it was very unclear how the pet charge works on the website.

We had an exceptional stay at ONOMA Hotel. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that they treat guests differently than other hotels, just as they describe in their manifesto. The breakfast and dinner were both outstanding, offering a delightful variety of delicious options. Our room was impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. What truly sets ONOMA apart is the staff. The young team members were always cheerful and attentive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout our stay. The private parking was a significant convenience, and the hotel's location made it easy to explore the surrounding area. ONOMA Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

This is a young and modern hotel which has grasped what a lot of people look for in a hotel. The Smart room for one person was bigger than I expected which is great. I love the iPad which allows you to do a lot of things from adjusting your blinds to ordering room service. The bathroom looks average but the shower is really good. The toiletries smelt really nice and were of good quality. The TV is excellent and has a lot of options than usual TVs. The food options were amazing, no limits whatsoever and the drinks were tasty too. There’s lots to do in this hotel - there’s a pool, sun beds, a bar upstairs and downstairs, restaurants upstairs and downstairs, a gym, a game room, a basketball court, you can’t get bored here! The location is decent as it’s in the city but without the chaos of the central city. The staff were really attentive and genuine - they genuinely cared about my welfare, even if they couldn’t understand English they always tried to put me at ease and make things convenient. The aesthetics were unique and pretty too inside the hotel and outside where they have seats and balconies. If I come to Thessaloniki I will definitely come here again.

The breakfast was lovely but could have slightly more options for people who are lactose intolerant. There was little to no alternative dairy options for butter, etc. Also the only juice available was orange juice and if you wanted a different juice flavour you needed to pay almost €5. The rooms were slightly dark when it wasn’t sung outside. It would be nice if the rooms were naturally brighter. Some of the staff found it difficult to communicate in English and while I understand that Greek is majorly spoken in Greece, I do think it’s a big advantage for tourists when the hotel staff have intermediate/advanced levels of English so everyone can understand each other clearly.

This was our second time staying at Hotel Onoma, and it was just as wonderful as the first! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even upgrading our room. The unique touches in each room, like the Marshall speaker, made it feel extra special. The "Rock Experience" is an awesome feature – they bring vinyls, a turntable, drums, and a Fender guitar right to your room, which shows just how well sound isolation is designed. The breakfast selection is fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We also loved the free photo booth – a fun addition to our stay. The hotel was kind enough to offer us a late checkout, which was greatly appreciated. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning to Hotel Onoma on our next visit to Thessaloniki. Highly recommend it!

The design of the hotel and the room was very good. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Perhaps the best aspect of the hotel was its breakfast which was varied and of good quality.

Just to let people know that if they book one of the massages, it doesn't take place in the hotel so they'd have to add an extra 7-minute walk to their itinerary. This is not an issue once you know it.

Having stayed many times YTD, ONOMA is about a not so "hidden" anymore gem of the city! Brand new 5* city hotel with a contemporary and playful concept! Good-sized and well-equipped rooms, including bathroom amenities (ie. bathrobes, slippers, hygiene products, comfy beds, branded coffee-maker and so on so forth). Great breakfast selection and 2 in-house restaurants (one is Nikkei) with amazing food options. Roof top compact swimming pool and gym available on site. Located right off the city center (15 mins walking distance from the hustle and bustle of Aristotelous Square and 10 mins away from Ladadika area with ample restaurant and bar options). Needless to say about the well-trained and always-there-to-help staff! Well done guys!

Amazing staff that is extremely friendly and supportive with great attention to guest comfort! I cannot use words to describe how they made me feel during my stay, extremely positive and always attentive! The property itself is amazing, with modern fusion look between technology and organic elements! It is very interesting, the room I stayed in was spacious with plenty of sunlight and really well air conditioning function along with the ability to stream apps from your phone/tablet on their smart TV! The hotel is in a very close location to the city centre of Thessaloniki about 15min walk which is very good for people who wish to enjoy the buzz of the great nightlife the city offers! Once again, thank you Onoma Hotel for having me as a guest it was a pleasure and a half to stay at this amazing place and amazing city!
