Firstly, the apartment 23 in which we stayed last weekend was incredibly clean, including the bedding and towels. The cleanest apartment we've ever been in, for sure. Literally we were amazed by its cleanes. The faucets were like mirrors. The apartment is very spacious and has all the utilities that you need even for a longer stay. The location is great, only 10 minutes walk to the main landmarks in the city center. As we can say for apartment 23, all the negative comments we've read are only hate comments and nothing else. The receptionist Ms Sophia was so kind and helpful in every meaning of these words. She helped us with every information we needed and was always ready with her smiling face to answer all the questions we had. This apartment 23 will be our only future choice for a stay in Thessaloniki. Dear Sophia, if you are reading this, we are sending you the kindest regards from Skopje, and once again thank you very much for everything. See you soon. :)

Nothing to dislike.

The whole check in process was very easy and convenient, having in mind that we used the "late check in" option. We loved that at the check out we could leave our suitcases at the reception and pick them up later in the day, free of charge.

We had just one minor inconvenience. In the morning, there was no hot water in the shower, but I am sure that If we were to stay for more than a day, that issue would have been resolved. The receptionist was very friendly, and she apologized for the inconvenience.

Big and clean apartment, on location in the center. 2 bedrooms with double beds and a coach in the leaving room, so it would be suitable even for 5 people

phenomenal apartments. Polis Apartments is for sure the best in value for money we ever got. They have everything you need for a short or long stay. We stayed one night, but honestly we could stay here for a month. As a stop of a longer trip we were positively surprised to see a washing machine in the apartment. The location is great, just 15 min walk to Ladadika, the historical center and the city's port and promenade (paraliaki). Parking around the area was easy to find within a reasonable 10 min walk radius. Will be definitely staying here again!

A minor thing I can think of is the elevator internal doors which fold as they close, so if you stay to close to the corner of the opposite door it feels like you will get stuck within them.

The reception staff was very nice. We were offered an upgrade for a larger room, but we eventually turned it down because of the noise (we assumed it was for the air conditioning devices on the exterior walls of the surrounding buildings). The room we booked was very clean and with all the necessary amenities (especially in the kitchen). The location is very convenient, close to Grand Parking (which we recommend if you need a good parking spot).

Great location, high standard facilities, nice balcony and apartment had everything in it. The staff was super nice, and answered so fast whenever I texted. I added another extra night, so they made sure to clean and set up the next room early enough, so I could get it at 10.30 and not 13.00 (since I made the reservation just the night before, and my room was already taken. I upgraded to a different room which they had to prepare). Thanks for everything!

Everything was fine, The room was clean, spacious and warm. It had everything someone might need for a short stay. Also there was a quite big balcony with street view.

The only minor inconvenience was the location and the parking, which is the same anywhere in the city center, so it doesn't apply to the apartment specifically, rather than the whole city of Thessaloniki.. Also there was some noise because of traffic in early hours.

Nice apartment with two rooms.It was clean and fhe location is close to the main touristic aria (around 30 minutes walking).The hotel has an agreement with a private parking for 12 euro per 24 hours.

The location is on a road which is very noisy (as almost everywhere in Salonic) and unfortunatelly, the building doesn't have a proper sound isolation.You will hear during night almost everything from ourside.

The apartments are great, especially a 2 bedroom In downtown Thessaloniki. Shops everywhere nearby.

Car parking is a bit of an adjustment if you are not used to parking in parking lots in Greece. But everything ran smoothly. Showers a touch small, but everything still clean and working.

The location was great. We walked almost everywhere although the bus stop was very close. There are cafes, markets etc near the hotel. Furnishings were new and clean.

Not that I didn’t like it but it would be great if the luggage store in the reception would be open 24h.
