Everything was perfect! Ofc, it is about the expectation, and our expectations were to have a silent and clean room and that's what we got. AC works perfectly, and there is a fridge in the room which is great to have cold beverages and put medical stuff (e.g. insulin injections). We were looking for 3 separated beds during our vacation in different cities (most of the hotel provides 1 double bed and 1 single bed) but we couldn't find it until we stayed Hotel Kastoria! Location is AMAZING! In the middle of the city centre and parking your car in the same street is free! The ceiling of the room was high which provides better air flow. Last but not least, although we stayed only 3 nights, they changed our sheets and towels, and cleaned the room on the 2nd day. Most of the hotel wouldn't do that. Thanks a lot 🙏🏻

The fridge in the room works very loudly. If you are sensitive to noise while sleeping, it can bother you during the night.

We stayed at Katerina´s place for 5 nights, and it was great! Katerina is a very nice and worm person, who was always open to help, giving good tips from the area and even organising a taxi to takes us to Volos for the next day. Is clear that she put her heart in to her work and you can definitely can fell it . Her place is wonderful, with a beautiful garden with amazing views . A few minutes walk to town, but still very peaceful and quiet. We really enjoy our stay here, drinking a coffee by the view of the ocean in front of us, or jumping in the water for the first swim of the day. We will definitely repit repeat our stay there. Location was good enough walking distance to the Aristotelous square, around 10' Clean tiny rooms only for backpack travelers and no shopping plans otherwise no space for anything. Toiletries and slippers were provided. Bathroom needs to be bigger, it is really weird how they are even allowed to sell these rooms. Other than that: :) thank you.

Bathroom was way too small! Shower was just there for "decoration" since you couldn't really use it with comfort, it was challenging enough forall the three rooms that we had reserved; it was barely 40x50cm not even for a kid. We could stay longer but because of that we moved to another hotel. Smelling in the rooms and orridors as well! No elevator and stairs were not easy to up and down since we were there for pleasure and had also older persons with us.

Great central location, close to everything. Bus stop to/from airport, bus snd railway stations 50 metres from hotel. Great and welcoming staff, excellent room with private bathroom and small balcony. Very comfortable bed, everything very clean and fresh (including bedsheets and pillows). Staff goes above and beyond to help you - as courier service was too lazy to deliver package for me to hotel, the gentleman from reception went to courier office, collected the package on my behalf before my arrival and handed over to me. The best of all my stays in Thessaloniki. Thank you!

The space inside the room was really plentiful. Closet, table, two chairs, two mirrors and a big bed. The view of the street from my window was supreme, especially at dawn. The whole aesthetic of the building inside feels very well maintained.

The size of the toilet is too small. If you sit on the toilet, you cannot close the sliding door. Since I was given a room facing the main street, the noise of the cars crept in at night even with the windows closed. The indifferent attitude of the people at the front desk. A bit far from most attractions in the city.

The location is central with a direct connection to the airport bus and in walking distance to many sights. There are also a lot of shops, cafés, restaurants nearby. My room was spacious and I also had a balcony. The staff was always friendly. I think this hotel is a great value for the money that you pay. I think the cleanliness could be improved a bit but other than that I really had a pleasant stay.

We were unable to book our non-refundable accommodation due to the airport strike. The staff rebooked us for the following week free of charge. Thank you very much. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk to the markets, the port, the main square, restaurants. Since we requested a room overlooking the inner courtyard, it was completely quiet. The room is charmingly old-fashioned.

Everything was fine.

My room was located at the 1st floor, so I still could accept even without lift, as the stairs are long. Location is not really close to the city center, about 25 min walking. Room was not so big but it fits to us with 2 backpacks. Staff was nice to help to find information about our tours agency. This hotel is located to not far from train station and bus station. Train station is exactly next to the bus station, and we walked about 15 minutes from hotel to train station.

We found few two insects on the floor.

Location is perfect. Most of the landmarks are in the walking distance. The building is old but has character. I have no complaints about the room. On the contrary, the bed was reaally comfortable. I slept like a baby. The staff was very helpful and hospitable. They always checked if I needed anything and they even let me to check-in early.

Nothing. They provide very good accomodation.

Maybe I had low expectation due to its price. It is indeed a simple hotel, but everything was there, airco, tv, toilet, douche, clean bed and surplus of good towels, even anti mosquito device. Very clean and neatly organised. Friendly reception. So what one wants more.

One mosquito. But the available anti musquito device soon must have drugged it.
