Every single member of the staff was amazing! All of them were kind, helpful, and it was a pleasure to communicate with them. The hotel is beautiful with wonderful marble floors and impressive chandeliers. The breakfast was good. We also liked that the hotel is close to the seaside. In addition, thank you for letting us visit the hotel with our dog.

For guests who come with their car, we would recommend that the hotel first give the location of the garage where they can park their car, and then come to the hotel. As the hotel is on a busy street, it was difficult for us to find where to stop, to run to take the note for the garage, and then come back with our luggage. Also, while breakfast was delicious, we would like to recommend that the hotel provide better coffee.

Close to everything. Hotel was amazing. Staff was exceptional and friendly.

Only complaint I would have is that we had a family room. Each room had access to bathroom. Doors were made out of frosted glass. So if someone used the bathroom both rooms would get bright light waking the occupants. Also room key has room number on it. If you lost it someone can gain access to your room since number is displayed on it.

Hotel location and breakfast was good.

We were given room 116. Its window overlooked a terrace-like area. We requested a change for security reasons. The receptionist was helpful and supportive. We were moved to room 316. In this room 316; There was no shower cabin in the bathroom. While taking a bath, everything got wet. We didn't mind too much since we stayed for only two days.

I asked the guy from the reception to recommend me a fish place and he did. The restaurant was disappointing though. I had some oysters which were old so I had stomach problems for half of the night. So, don’t ask for any recommendations, just go by yourself. Don’t know if the receptionist or the hotel have a deal with that particular restaurant but not a good one, definitely. Otherwise, the receptionist was really nice and he was also able to find us a good parking place near by.

The fact that there was such a big room in Thessaloniki available to sleep four. Proximity to the restaurants nearby. Parking facilities nearby. Quality ingredients for a rather basic breakfast . Nice restoration of this art deco building

Room smelling cigar smoke. Some hair in the corners and bathroom. Repair the drain pipes of jacuzzi and replace the fridge

Excellent location, close to taverns, the sea and archaeological sites. Very spacious apartment, very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Free parking space right across the street, with the help of the staff, thank you!

A little noisy in the morning from the busy street, but I am a very light sleeper. The other members of my family weren't complaining about that.

The price was amazing for what you got at this hotel. It may title itself as a "luxury" hotel but it not really but that doesn't really matter. It is a very good hotel for what it offers. The staff are great, very helpful. And the breakfast is very good. Would stay again.

No fresh orange juice. Just that cordial stuff, yucky. There were a few stains on the landing carpet which were notable. Other than the above there's not much wrong with this hotel apart from calling itself "Luxury".

Comfort rooms, very big bed, excellent breakfast, location.

Parking spot. Hotel does not own one. There is a parking around 250 meters away and its extra charge 15€ per day. Also its a problem just to stop in front of hotel to unload. Maybe its just in my case becouse the big truck was parked in front of hotel.

The location is excellent central to everything shops, restaurants, bars and the sea! The breakfast was a spread and feast for the eyes with something for everyone, including a lot of gluten-free and sugar-free options. The rooms and other hotel areas were always immaculately clean, and the staff were super friendly and ready to help with anything.

My only tiny quibble was that with breakfast, any coffee and tea that you wanted was available and included in the price except the Greek coffee (the only coffee my partner drinks) we had to order and pay extra for. This didn't spoil our stay, though.
